Very bad customer service, and what I bought did not taste good.
I love buying here the only bad thing is that they don't pick up the phone
Welcoming staff once arrived inside store, great service very attentive but when it comes towards the payment with (CASH BE CAREFUL) lady over the counter doesn't give change at person hands leaves at the counter.
Change should be given the same way received ✋️ hands not counter or left alone.

I have more than nine years ordering cakes from here, yesterday I placed an order for a birthday cake and this is what was picked up. I believe if a cake is ordered for a birthday party they should not let a person who is learning to handle a cake. It looks like an arts and craft project… the worst part is that when I went back to fix it I basically got thrown out of the bakery by one of the workers. It is sad to see a relationship of so many years get thrown in the garbage due to one worker who does not know how to control their emotions 🤷🏻♀️🤷🏻♀️
They open at 6 but they don't have anything ready, you have to wait, very slow service, those women are slow serving, with an order for a coffee and a line forms.

They have horrible customer service and two women that use glasses don’t want to work. They don’t really know what customer service means.
Kid-friendliness: They don’t know what this word means.

I bought some pieces of cake with pineapple filling. The cake and the filling were good but the pink part was very bad and so disgusting that I had to wash my mouth with water. Also the bakery does not have a credit and debit card machine. The workers don't know the difference between meringue and buttercream.

BOTH women were total pendejas. Were rude when I asked them if they have almond milk instead of regular milk (dietary reasons) and acted and looked at me as if I had three heads instead of the usual two.Older, crankier woman corrected me nastiest when I asked for a fork for my cake ("It's a spoon", she snaps.).Asked for my money back as soon as they mistreated another black male customer after me. Took my hard-earned BLACK money elsewhere.

Cuban delicious.
I love the the Dulce de leche cake! ???
A nice little bakery on Fordham Road. Lots of delicious pastries and cakesAnd at great prices. No need to pre-order, birthday cakes already made im the fridge. Must have cash only, they don't accept credit or debit cards.
The cake was good but I clearly asked for meringue frosting and she just gave me a buttercream frosting which I actually mentioned a few times that I didn’t like. Disappointed ?
The cakes are very good, the dough remains soft despite the days
