I bought some pieces of cake with pineapple filling. The cake and the filling were good but the pink part was very bad and so disgusting that I had to wash my mouth with water. Also the bakery does not have a credit and debit card machine. The workers don't know the difference between meringue and buttercream.

BOTH women were total pendejas. Were rude when I asked them if they have almond milk instead of regular milk (dietary reasons) and acted and looked at me as if I had three heads instead of the usual two.Older, crankier woman corrected me nastiest when I asked for a fork for my cake ("It's a spoon", she snaps.).Asked for my money back as soon as they mistreated another black male customer after me. Took my hard-earned BLACK money elsewhere.

Don’t let prices fool you. LOW quality products. Owner has bad attitude & treats employees like dogs in front of people. Gave me old, WRONG and BURNT items EVEN after I paid more as a tip.

I have been buying cakes at this bakery for some time now. Yesterday I bought a cake for a birthday for someone in my office and I was disappointed. The cake was raw in the middle… there was some type of liquid coming out and it tasted horrible. I paid $28 for the cake and I am sad to say that I was disappointed. I am writing this message not to impact the business in any way but hopefully they read this and take action. If you see the cake is not fully cooked don’t sell it. You are experienced bakers and know this for sure. It is not worth losing clients over that. I tried calling the place but the number listed is not working. Sad to say I will not be buying here anymore.

I've come to this bakery for years, and everything every one used to be nice,but the staff the workers if they get what you paid for wrong they blame you for it, even though you were clear. The way they talked to me as a customer of many years is disgusting if you are having a bad day don't take out on your customers, if u make a mistake don't blame your customers.

Terrible customer service, their pastries and food are okay. Whoever is the owner needs to train their employees for better customer service. We are there to consume and pay for our things, not to be given an eye roll, nor to be given an ugly face because you’re unhappy about your job. Needless to say, we won’t be returning customers any further.
