Please think twice about asking for specifically made cakes. This place is only good for getting there fresh daily baked already made cakes in the fridge by the counter. I ordered specific cakes twice and twice they messed it up. The ladies behind the counter are rude AF and have nasty attitudes. Especially for a mistake they made. Cakes n coffee are good tho. Edited to add: The cakes are delicious and def 5 stars so I 100% recommend the cake.My husband bought a cake for my birthday, gave my name to write on it and wrote it on the cardboard to the girl. And yet the girl tells him that he was telling her in English and that for her the name is pronounced “Miriam.” Even writing the name that had to go, which is “Marian”, he came and wrote my name wrong and put “Mirian”.If not, they are going to put what they tell you even in writing so that they work in a bakery.Besides, the lyrics are horrible and you are paying to have someone who doesn't know how to play and ruining the cakes.Train your employees better.

Charged me $260 for a baby shower cake and this happens after just 5 minutes of picking it up … these cakes are not steady…. So disappointed.

I just went to buy a cake and I asked the young woman who works there, her name is "gaby" according to her, I did the Lost kindly, specifically, and she told me to forgive her but that she couldn't give me the order if it wasn't the one she wanted to give me, I cordially insisted if she would give me the one I wanted even if it was more expensive or she would charge me something extra, and again she told me that she couldn't, that I should call the manager if I wanted, she wanted the one that I It seemed better to me because the last time I ordered a Tres Leche it came out bad...
