We arrived at the restaurant and were seated by our host/waiter, Nick K. He was very attentive, went over the specials and gave his opinion to the best plates at the restaurant. He was very accommodating and told us that we can upgrade pastas and sauces with our meals. He started us off with warm Focaccia bread, I then ordered the veal parm. and mixed it with the Cacio e Pepe and a glass of Cabernet. My wife ordered the Bolognese with an Aperol Spritz. I had put in my reservation that we were celebrating my wife's birthday and Nick brought three desserts to the menu which was a nice touch. We were pleasantly surprised and will definitely be going back to try other delicious plates.

The restaurant was told about an allergy in advance and at the Time of seating. Brought us an allergy enfused bread bread A the calamari was chewy and tuff the clams were rubber erasers. The water was drinkable.

Nick is so wonderful! He remembered us from a prior visit a month before and gave us complimentary beverages. Great food and great service.

Had a reservation at 5 pm but was not seated until 630 pm . Service was extremely slow. Food was adequate but very unimpressed

I had a 930 reservation and when I was greeted at the restaurant by the waitress, she told me and my date that they closing at 10 PM and that we needed to hurry up and order because the kitchen is closing. Being that this is my first time at this restaurant that was the last thing I needed to hear. If an establishment takes a 930 reservation, I should not be rushed to eat. The sad part was I really wanted to eat in this establishment, but I chose to leave as opposed to be rushed to eat my food. I will not be going back in the future, unfortunately

I was here on Saturday after making reservations for my wedding anniversary dinner. My husband has been dying to come here for a while and it didn't disappoint. It was very busy on Saturday and i was so glad i made reservations. After checking in, we were seated right away. The owner Nick came and introduced himself and brought us a bottle to celebrate. We were given garlic knots as well and they were sooo good and fresh. We ordered Caesar salads, i had cacio e Pepe with shrimp and my husband had bolognese with meat sauce. Everything was made to perfection and fresh! We also ordered one of each dessert which were both phenomenal. There was a group of people that came in singing making the night more fun and romantic. They are a cash only restaurant which is important to keep in mind. We didn't know this and my husband had to take money out of their on-site atm but this is something to know ahead of time for sure. The restaurant is clean, the bathrooms were super clean! This is a small intimate location but well worth it! I already can't wait to come back and i thank the staff and owner for a great 10th anniversary dinner to remember !

We always love Frankie's. While it has been a little while since we've been to the area, it is our go to place on Arthur Ave. The new menu is a little limited but everything on there was excellent. The new pizza over is a nice addition. Our party of 10 was taken great care of and everything was delicious. Now that my son has moved back to the area, we will be back more often.

Good food, friendly service, the garlic knots were microwaved and chewy. The food is fine but very expensive for what it is.

We made reservations for our friends birthday and I must say this would be our new meet up stop. We were treated kindly upon arrival, they made sure our experience was delightful. Music choice was 10/10 and all our food was made freshly cooked. Love it! Even took pictures when we were done 😍

We arrived 10 minutes early for a 6:30pm reservation. They asked us to sit at the bar where they provided samples from their wine list while we wait. They sat us at 7:00 with no explanation. There were two large parties celebrating birthdays. OK, but what about the guests who made a reservation? Frankies does not cater to couples. They rely on the tourist crowds. Wine list was decent, but pricey. The food was not prepared by Italian chefs. If you are looking for authentic Italian food, go somewhere else.

We discovered Frankie's about a month while visiting from out of town – and it was so awesome we went again a few weeks ago when we were back. It was excellent for so many reasons – the food was great, the cocktails were sooo very good (fell in love with the Salted Caramel Espressotini), and the service made both visits wonderful. Nik, Dessa and Ana were exceptional in their customer service! Definitely going back here the next time we're in the Bronx.

Everything we had here was amazing! They start you with some small breads balls coated in Parmesan. We shared an Entree of Bolgnese with rigatoni pasta , which was cooked to perfection. And a Margherita pizza that was delicious. I will definitely return back. The hospitality was also great, the waitress was constantly checking up on us. Overall 10/10

My girl and I had a great time at Frankie's. We are looking to make this a spot for us that we can go to whenever. Food was great, service was great. Looking forward to starting a tradition there.
