Just came from the dyre ave location and ordered an acai bowl and a salmon burger. The salmon burger was salty enough to put someone older in cardiac arrest, it was served in a bed of old lettuce and the burger itself was only the patty between 2 pieces of grain beard and this acai bowl has ice chucks in it. Food is too expensive to be paying 24.50 for 2 items and I gotta throw out most of it.

I come to freckles often over the past few years. It’s always nice having a cool juice bar in your community. The smoothies are great, however the menu has not changed overtime. The same options are available and there are not many.Today, I went and bought two small smoothies. The love sponge and the almo goodness. Those two smoothies came out to a total of $19 which is quite expensive. They’ve always been more on the pricey side which is why I go a few times a year.Their point system is also lackadaisical. One point per visit… that takes ages to reach any reward. I’ve spent a lot of money with freckles over time and the point never got me anywhere compared to the amount of money I’ve spent.Again, Freckles is a good juice bar with a nice aesthetic, just more on the pricey end

Heavy lady with freckles was very rude. Seem to get very upset after i asked her for a small cup on the side. Smoothie wasn’t the best today, usually I get it sweeter, wasn’t happy with the customer service overall.

It's disheartening to have to write a review about Freckles because I initially enjoyed it when they first opened. However, the quality of service has significantly declined. On multiple occasions, I've called ahead, expecting my order to be ready within the 10 to 15-minute timeframe, only to find upon arrival that the morning staff isn't even working yet. This delay in preparing my order has caused me to be late to my destination. The service urgently needs improvement, and the staff requires better training.

Good afternoon, I have to leave an awful review. I’ve been coming here along time and now that the older people aren’t working there anymore; service is horrible. I called and ordered one hour ago and sent someone to pick it up. He called me to show me what was going on. The kids were talking laughing having a good old time. Being very disrespectful and having an attitude because my bf was getting frustrated. He left and came back and the order still was not ready. Now I get my order and it was terrible, I threw it away. I am very upset smh unbelievable. Time to hire some Better people.
