French fries were horrible! $ 4.50 for a reg. Fry taste like cardboard and served in a plastic dessert container with a hole poked in the top!

I order a burger deluxe. The post was 5month old it said $9.75. I get there $10.75. I was craving a burger but I regret it. Huge tomato made the bread saggy. The burger is just a burger nothing special anyone can make it; the ketchup and mayo saving the burger honestly. That not a compliment. It sad that a burger & fries cost so much and they don’t even do anything to make it unique. And the frozen fries wasn’t cook correctly. Nice people but the food is the lowest tier. I take the L but last time from this place.

Their cheeseburgers are disgusting, it should be the one thing you're good at. Not sure if it's the type of meat used or seasoning. Also had chicken alfredo, no flavor in the sauce. The hot wings were alright.
Always love going to this place, and they have great customer service. And the food is always good.

Poor customer service, poor food pressentaion, did not give us a itemized bill and the waiter just screamed out how much was due, I was so stunned and so was my sister that I payed and we left and will not return. Due to the poor customer services this business lost 2 potential customers.
I ordered french toast, home fries and scrambled eggs for my partner. A quesadilla for myself. Didn’t receive the home fries, but they charged me for them. French toast was disappointing and the eggs were not scrambled, more like a fried egg. Quesadilla was decent. All in all, wouldn’t recommend this place. The Ginbos on 170 St Grand Concourse is far better. A lot more love and attention to detail from the staff.
Love their crispy chicken wrap!
Food is fresh, including the fruits used for smoothies and juices.
Pricey but food is good!
I love their chicken wrap.
The food is fresh, including the fruits they use to make smoothies, liquids or juices.
A little expensive but the food is great.
Poor customer service. The original Jimbos is better.
Everything was ok.The ice coffee was horrible. I hate to say it. Not sure if it was an old brew or spoiled milk. It was so confusing, I can’t describe it. Had my son taste it and he said it was terrible. Not sure what happened.
