Many years ago probably 1970 something it was a pork sore; during renovations and before it was apparent what it was going to be; I had been walking with a friend and I hated stated: “ this would be a great spot for a donut shop. It would be a gold mine. I did have a donut and coffee shortly after they opened. The donut was good coffee was fair.

This diner makes a good tasting eggplant hero for a very reasonable price. Their spanakopita is a bit mushier than I prefer and more peppery than usual. Their Greek salad is standard but nothing memorable. I love going into the restaurant though to see the wall paintings of the Dodecanese island of Kasos and Athens! I recognized the places in Kasos and named them. The staff were impressed. I visited Kasos and must tell you the beaches, open space and air quality there was great....

I absolutely love it here my mom used to always take me here when I was little , and when I tell you their cheesecake is the best (strawberry cheesecake) oh my god I’ll be back soon for it !!! I am obsessed
