Was good in the beginning but I’ve found a hair twice on 2 separate occasions.

Used to be good consistently - but either they got lazy or someone called out, etc. Whatever the reason be, the food i received today was terrible. How they managed to mess up chicken and broccoli and the sweet and sour chicken is beyond me. Im confused because they usually are good. The only thing redeeming was the sesame chicken. Everything else was bad.

They delivered to my house multiple times and all of a sudden they are telling me to order from Uber eats and I never spend less than 40 dollars she had a nasty attitude and hung up the phone one me when I tried to explain

This location uses a customer service location in India when you order over the phone. When ordering online be prepared to wait over 1 hr for your food. Not worth the hassle plenty of good chinese food places in the area.

I order Chinese food pretty often. The food is normally good. Today I wanted to try something different.
This dish was not what I expected per the description I read on google. “Beef Chow Ho Fun,”
Too many noodles were packed in this container leaving the dish mushy and super dry as well as a lack of charred flavor per the screenshot description below.
I called the restaurant and shared that I was dissatisfied with the food and I was not given the option to replace this meal via our initial phone call.
I don’t think after waiting an hour for my food I should now have to wait for a “decision” to be made in regards to a replacement meal being provided..
***Follow up a replacement option was delivered at 7:28pm which was about 30 minutes after my phone call with the manager.
Lesson learned stick to general basic Chinese food options.

So i usually don’t write reviews but i felt strongly about this one…I ordered food for delivery and let me tell you the food was absolutely delicious, its a great spot with very delicious food and the staff that’s in the restaurant seem very nice especially the two girls who attend and greet the people buying food when you go in person.But…THE DELIVERY DRIVER, Asian guy with a heavier build has the nastiest attitude I’ve ever dealt with by a delivery driver.First of all, he doesn’t even get out of the car… he stays in his car, calls you and tells you I’m outside and then hangs up the phone, not even giving you a chance to tell him hey ring the second doorbell or meet me in the front.So 3 times i ordered and the attitude got worstSo i decided im going to opt out in giving a tip because i don’t enjoy his service.The time i didn’t give him a tip he started complaining why i didn’t give him a tip and basically sped off so aggressively because of course he stood in his car when he told me he was outsideGreat restaurant food is tasty but that delivery driver sucks !!!I would be inclined to buy more if he wasn’t working there!
The customer service here sucks. I’ve been ordering from here for years and never had a problem. Spoke to a woman on the phone today while placing my order and she had a TERRIBLE attitude. If you hate your job, that’s not MY issue! Get someone else to answer the phone or this place’s business will suffer.
