This is the second time they get the same order wrong. I called and order chicken broccoli and they gave me shrimp broccoli. Charged me for shrimp and when I came back to get a replacement they didn’t offer anything for the price difference. I then asked and she said $1 different even though on the menu it said $2. Also, she took out the shrimp from my order and then added the chicken to it. Crazy.

Be careful ordering from this place. I spent $57 and only received half my food. I reached out for help and haven’t gotten a response in over four hours. No refund, no replacement, nothing. Terrible customer service.

Horrible customer service. I placed an order for 3 things paid $32. I received my order an hour and 4 minutes after calling. When my food arrived my tostones were rubbery and soggy. They said they will send a replacement so I waited until 45 mins passed and I called back to see where my delivery was just to find out that they were not going to send a replacement due to it “being soggy” again due to the delivery time. I informed him that I was waiting to eat until my tostones came and he had no care in the world. He said if I want a refund or a replacement I will have to come pickup. Meanwhile I tipped the delivery $10 for coming literally two blocks. So now I have cold food and tostones here that’s soggy and oily which I’m not eating.
Chicken wings have no meat, extremely small and hard. White rice was hard and cold. Never again

definitely lost me as a customer..asked for bbq sauce on my wontons and tell you now they dont put toppings on food..you have to order any sauce on the side and pay extra. These people are the most penny pinching people Ive ever met..their food is definitely not the same anymore, definitely not good anymore and charge way too much. Not to mention the lady always has a nasty attitude

I food and the chicken was spoiled and they steam dumplings is nasty I spent 70$ and they played me and said that my food was going to come and never came the delivery guy is so rude and obnoxious streaming my apartment number at me and asking me why I didn’t know Spanish.
Waited a hour and a half for this. Which I threw it in the garage. Would never order from here again
