The worker inside there are so rude i order a to good order i never had a problem with ordering but when i came to check out they was saying the plate i got is 14 dollars which it suppose to be 6 dollars online and they will not give me the order till i pay the the other amounts i already told them i paid online which they didn't care so i had no choice to cancel my order they mess up my hole night and I have to go home hungry.

CANT REALLY RATE A PLACE THAT IVE BEEN LOOKING FORWARD TO VISITING AND WHEN I GET THERE THEY ARE OUT OF WHAT I WANTED. BUT IF YOURE KNOWN FOR AN ITEM PLEASE DONT EVER RUN OUT OF IT. I WANTED A BEEF PATTY AND A JERK CHICKEN PATTY AND ALL THEY HAD WAS SPINACH.... I TURNED AROUND AND WALKED OUT DISAPPOINTED. I WAS VISITING MY SISTER IN THE BRONX AND TOLD HER I WANT TO TRY A GOLDEN KRUST PATTY BECAUSE OF THE RAVE REVIEWS... GUESS ILL HAVE TO WAIT UNTIL MY NEXT VISIT

So the supervisor By the name Ingrid. she didn’t want to give me the deal. Today is buy one patty and get the other for 99 cents. I’m asking her for the deal. She says “ oh the deal starts in the afternoon!” On the flyer please tell me where it states that? Do better INGRID!

This is the nicest Golden Krust, I been to. My server was Alein. She is very professional and handle my foods beautifully. I will definitely come here again if I am in the area or visiting Jacobi.

If you're hungry, DO NOT GO HERE, YOU WILL NOT BE FED SUFFICIENTLY and you'll definitely NOT get your moneys worth!!!
As seen in the video, I made 2 small orders and recieved HALF a container of food but charged FULL price... my entire order came up to $23 and change for what you see, which came with fried dumpling with one order, and festival with the other, plus 2 cod fish fritters. If I would've known, I would have NEVER went there for food. And to make matters worst, when I dug into the spinach, it had absolutely NO TASTE!!! Disappointed all the way around!!! Well not ALL the way around, atleast the servers were sweet and pleasant!!
1 out of 10, will absolutely NOT recommend!!

Saturday April 17th 4pm.

I’ll start with the food. It was very goods today.
I haven’t came here in over a year because the last few. Times it was over salted. The food wasn’t consistent. But today was good.

Now for the customer service. Which earns a zero star. A gentleman and young lady served my mother and I. The guy wasn’t very friendly either but Whoever the young lady was… working that shift today around that time… Her attitude was absolutely DISGUSTING towards my mother. She needs an immediate training in customer service. You do not treat people with attitude if you don’t like your job. Find a new one. Unacceptable. You never know who you are serving. She needs to be let go. It took everything in me not to walk out.
