Only bought patties but they were good. For what ever reason, the woman taking my order had a poor attitude and obviously did not want to be there. There was another gentleman there who seemed to be in better spirits.

The staff surprisingly were very friendly. I had to give a two star because the quantity of food does not equal the cost of the food. This was also the smallest golden crust I’ve ever come across in my life. Not only that it needs major renovation as this place is outdated. Finally The portion size is so small. You cannot cut up one piece of meat and say that’s a serving. Unfortunately, I will not be a customer.

This Golden Krust is amazing! The supervisor and staff were so kind and friendly, making the experience even better. The chicken soup was absolutely delicious—so flavorful and comforting. And the beef patty? Perfectly flaky and packed with flavor. I’ll definitely be coming back for more. Highly recommend!

We’re in the Bronx people. Not everyone has $10 minimum card payment on their debit card. Sometimes you just want beef patty and cocoa bread & soda that comes out to $7.80.
They turned me away and was told go to the ATM.
How about making your minimum card purchase $5 for the real life poor people in the area and don’t cater to all the Hospital staff that comes for lunch. Not fair.

Lovely lady working there the evening of 5/24/23… tried the curry goat for the first time i’d usually order ox tails or curry chicken… the curry goat is now my favorite.

I've been coming to golden Krust for some time now but today will be my last. The service is always horrible. The women seem to have a bad attitude no matter what time of the day you go. Today their attitude was awful.I asked for gravy on the mac n cheese. When I opened my food I realized she didn't do what I asked. It appears she doesn't like her job or her comprehension skills are poor. Now they wont get a dime from me ever again.

I love this Golden Crust, their food is always fresh and taste really good. I tried the oxtails...very good! Expensive but I treat myself. I tried the curry chicken...so good and the seasoning is great. I tried the macaroni and cheese...that is good. I tried the fried chicken...soo good!!

Great spot for a quick bite! The patties ( beef or vegetables) are legendary! The food is authentic and delicious, love that rice and peas and the Jerk chicken. Yum! Service is quick and I like that the ladies wear head cover and gloves.

Three chances were too much. Every time I go there it’s something. Staff are not too pleasant or an issue with the food. I usually give places three tries before I do a review unless it’s something major the first time. I ordered rice with gravy and I was asked which gravy. Before I could answer, the lady serving was so involved in her conversation with her friend that she chose oxtail sauce which I did not want. The sauce was very bland too and greasy. I ordered steamed cabbage which was dry and flavorless. The coco bread was fresh and was very good. The beef patty was gross though. The meat inside had different shades of color. No thanks! Not getting sick over a beef patty. I purchased a cream soda which must’ve been opened or damaged because half the bottle spilled out into the bag with the food but the biggest disappointment were the festivals. Why In the world would anyone even sell this. Would you sell this to a friend or family member? I seriously doubt it. It looks worse in person. I used the flash so of course it doesn’t look as burnt. They were hard too. Basically it was money and time wasted. That is the last time we ever go there.
