I simply ordered a brown sugar milk tea, and it wasn’t even busy but people that ordered after me they kept getting their order. Including a person who just walked in 1 min ago and ordered. While I was waiting for 10 minutes. Plus my drink taste like water

I was excited to finally try this place today 03/30/2025 here in my home borough. Unfortunately, service wasn’t satisfying at all. Maybe they need to hire people with great customer service not rude people with attitude problems. I’ll continue going downtown for my Teas The girl who made my Teas was polite at least. ⭐️⭐️

I was having a bad day before walking into this Gong Cha location on Sunday, Sep 15th, 2024, but Jennifer and Sarah not only helped me make a really good decision on what drink to get but they also made my day way better.
Best bubble tea in the Bronx area. Fast and quick service. Good quality tea plus the boba are extra chewy.

A couple friend and I went to grab a drink on one of the hottest days of the year and even though they were packed, we got our drinks quickly. They accommodated to the sugar level and ice levels for us and it was very refreshing.
