I came here last night in the rain, thats how hard I was craving bubble tea. The fabulous Adrianna (i think that was her name) greeted me with a warm smile as her A1 musical selection wanted through the store speakers. What a welcoming and authentic experience. She recommended the Oreo Caramel drink, which I purchased along w the adorable Gong Cha key chain and bubble tea Christmas ornament, and I gladly added a tip. Very refreshing customer experience that made a positive impact on me 💯 I will be happy to return again!

Two times already when I have ordered on GrubHub, I've gotten a brown sugar bubble tea that's supposed to come with the delicious brown sugar syrup in it but surprise surprise there was no brown sugar syrup. Now I don't like to waste food so I always finish it anyway. But it's just super disappointing to order the same thing and not get what I asked for. Don't know if they're out of brown sugar syrup or something but it would be nice to get what I asked for instead of getting something that is literally not what I wanted

I love coming here but recently, there have been too many homeless in the store harassing customers. I will sit down with my drink but in less than 30 minutes, 3 people will come in asking if I can get them a drink. They will stand there until someone buys them a drink. Is this a homeless shelter? Gong Cha needs to improve their customer experience because they are losing lots of customers this way.
I went before the store closed which says 8:30 pm, they then said no that they're closing and that they “ recently changed hours”. Maybe update the store hours so we don't waste our time.

Last week I came here and I got Pear Milk tea and waited for 5 minutes and got the best order ever I recommend this place! I love gong Cha! I hope the owner sees this comment:I love gong cha 💗 and their bubble teas

I simply ordered a brown sugar milk tea, and it wasn’t even busy but people that ordered after me they kept getting their order. Including a person who just walked in 1 min ago and ordered. While I was waiting for 10 minutes. Plus my drink taste like water
