The Great Wall chinese restaurant on 2359 Grand Concourse in the Bronx gets no stars from me. I ordered food from these people yesterday and never received my order. There were two so called attempts to get my food delivered to me and never received my order. Two different delivery drivers took photos of placing bags of my order outside my apartment door as a confirmation. But they were scamming me. They never left my order outside my door. Also, I sent them specific instructions to call me when they’re outside my building so I can come outside and pick it up from them. They didn’t follow my instructions and scammed me. I called them back and they were lying about delivering my order to me. Then I contacted the restaurant. They didn’t help me. Do not buy anything from this scamming chinese restaurant.

The delivery service was brought up to 12$ and their lunch combo doesn’t even come with a drink anymore if you come here for something affordable look elsewhere cause they taxing and money hungry now.

this is my 3rd time ordering thru Grubhub everything came hot and very tasty. We ordered beef and broccoli with fried rice small chicken and broccoli boneless rib tips and cheese wontons... Omg so good!!! We were all stuff the only issue is that for the amount of money no beverage was given.

They cook well but this is the last time I'm going to order I found a piece of nail in my food they saved themselves I'm not going to sue them but from here I tell you that these people don't care about anything other than making money and they don't care about the opinion of their clients, if I could find a nail in my food God knows what other evil things they have done

I had a pretty poor General Tso’s chicken. The chicken was soggy and tasteless with some sauce slapped on it. Definitely not crispy and tangy as the General should be
The ratio of chicken to rice left a lot to be desired too. ?♂️

one of the worst Chinese restaurants in the Bronx these people are joke I called I've been waiting for an hour first the guy says that he came but I didn't answer whatever then they said he'll be back in 7 minutes then he says for me to come down when I called for a delivery you supposed to come up to my door I called back the restaurant and she tells me they're not doing any deliveries until further notice she forgot to tell me this place is incompetent I should go over there and pee on their floor
