Ordered from here and when the delivery guy came he didn't want to take the elevator up to drop my food off! Mind you he's already in my lobby waiting all he had to do was take the elevator up I don't understand why he couldn't come up I had my baby with me alone and didn't want to take my baby down to get the food so they canceled my order! Will never order from here they suck they need to communicate better with their customers š

Hey I give 3 stars because the lady was nice on the phone and also accepted my Zelle payment BUT that crab Rangoon gotta go! Definitely doesnāt taste like every other ordinary crab Rangoon. She text me her Zelle, so I sent her pic and made a complaint. Letās see if she resolves my issue. If she decides to send my $ back I will update with more stars but for now not satisfied.
Update! She mention sheāll give me store credit. When I asked her for a break down of order she said check menu. I found her or his behavior a little inpatient. I told her to keep the credit, never ordering again and rating one star. Now he/she offering money back! š¤¦āāļø why couldnāt it be that simple once I sent him or her the pic of crab Rangoon and told him or her that I didnāt like it. Just for complication, never ordering there again. She said the crab Rangoon is $5 so that means the French fries were $5? Cause I only paid $11 including my soda. Thatās to much for fries. Iām good she or he can keep the $5. I am unsatisfied.
I ordered crab Rangoon n it was sooo thick. Whereās the cream cheese. It smelled weird asl. 0/10. 0/5. Do better. Make a new batch of crab Rangoon n store it in the freezer. Like how can anyone consume this.

The delivery guys are very rude and lazy. They scream at you on the phone and donāt come upstairs yet they ask for an apartment number when ordering food. Very unprofessional business.
3rd time ordering from here bro hoping it be different food is not fresh fam had better from a bunch of different spots rice taste like been sittin there for a minute and kind soggy not just made same with wings egg roll soggy two food not fresh donāt make nobody lie to you and I order for delivery

For years, I have been a loyal customer of this restaurant, never encountering any issues until today. I recently had a conversation with a man from their customer service team, and his attitude was extremely unpleasant. My usual order of shrimp with broccoli and white rice usually comes with a soda, but this time I requested a diet soda and was rudely told that nothing is free. Despite spending over $20 each time for one order including generously tipping the delivery person, I refuse to support a restaurant with such poor customer service. Regardless of the quality of their food, I will be taking my business elsewhere, as they have lost a returning customer.
