I recently visited Grin African American and was extremely disappointed by the customer service. It seems that if you are not friends with the person taking the orders(the little guy) you will be made to wait for hours. I have never experienced such poor service in any other restaurant. The level of disrespect was unbelievable. The person at the desk told me outright that he takes orders from whomever he wants and if I didn't agree with him, I could go somewhere else. He even said he wouldn't serve me the food.This kind of behavior is unacceptable. It felt like they were more interested in serving their friends than providing good service to all customers. I hope the management takes steps to improve their service and treat all customers with respect.

The food here is phenomenal, was skeptical of getting the dibi chicken and soo happy I got it the flavors were amazing. My favorite is the tomato onion and cucumber mix that comes with the dibi. So happy I found this place.
