If I could give 0 I would. This business needs to update their time. I’m pregnant and had a crazy craving for ice cream. And it’s 8:55 pm the schedule says that they close at 10pm. And I tried opening the door an older man there with an attitude, signaled me that it was closed. Which doesn’t make any sense.

Clean and well-lighted place. But certainly expensive. I guess it’s a brand name. But ordering a simple cone with a scoop for almost $7 and a blended regular milkshake for $10 is too much even for this city.

The male Indian server is the worst and bad for business he has an attitude and has no interest to make the customer happy. Also I have been in many locations and I get a specific ice cream which is the sundae regular I get 3 scoops but this location only gives 2 scoops for the same price.

Just went there to purchase a milkshake and upon entering I saw this older man was on his phone. After telling him I was ordering a milk I had noticed he was about to start without washing his hands & put on any gloves. So, I asked kindly if he could wash his hand in which he began to curse me out so I left. Where are the customer service friendly staff? You just lost a paying customer thanks to that older rude man you have working. As long as he is serving customers there I will not dare to spend my money, It’s not the only location in the city or state!!!!

I am soooo upset! We walked in to get a Chocolate Ice cream on a rainbow sprinkle cone. Unfortunately we were told that we can not have the chocolate as it is for next day and to hard to scoop. Unbelievable. I am still SHOCKED. Is that an actual thing? Can you be denied Ice Cream because it is to hard an for next day? I’m so confused.
