The reason I fell in love with Chinese spare ribs is what I just experienced. The seasonings and just the right amount of BBQ sauce. Not a old hard spare rib in the bunch like other Chinese restaurants.

When are my lunch break on a Tuesday and it was extremely busy with a lot of deliveries going on so I have to wait almost half an hour to get my meal
