The bouncers get way too aggressive with females. The service is either good or terrible. Some of the speakers need to be replaced. The comedy nights, skip it if you can. The speakers are too loud and the sound quality sucks for the comedy shows. The food is delicious, the drinks are delicious. The waiters and waitresses could be more attentive. The other staff are amazing. Mostly an older crowd, but fun. Freestyle night is a vibe because of DJ lucho. Taco night is good too, drink specials could be better for taco Tuesdays.

Disappointing ...Smh we stopped in during happy hr today . The bar was packed . We asked to be seated to have drinks. The hostess said the bar was packed but we could sit at a table. We ordered a round of mojitos. The waiter rudely told us that the rule is at the table we have to order food. We were just there for drinks. He made us feel so uncomfortable so we left . What a shame we were planning to have a few round of drinks. Disappointing!! I called twice to speak to speak to a manager or the owner no one was available. Again disappointing. Since when is that a rule at Havana?? Don' t your waiters know that drinks add up faster then food? What a shame . We will not be back.

Havana never disappoints. I haven't eaten here in a while, but I had their cuban sandwich, which was a delicious and nice sized portion. Will definitely be back in the near future.
I've been to this Havana's at least five times and every single time I was completely happy I don't usually do reviews if I don't like it sometimes I walk away just pissed off and say that I'll never come back I'm going back for those pork chops that chicken cholatas the Spanish right everything is just amazing and the service is beautiful One person is pouring you water one person is already cleaning up behind you one person is coming to ask if you good it's all good I love the teamwork graduity is definitely worth the service ?? I've also done one of my birthdays here each time I come I come with someone different the bestie a male friend my daughter my husband etc everyone loves it Thank you guys. My name is Sugar.?
Parking: honestly every time I came there I found the parking spot in front of the joint across the street or less than 20 ft away but I did notice on the crowd at night Thursday night when the atmosphere is more lit I just doubled parked no parking meters came to mess with anybody's car I guess out of respect for the restaurant they let us slide ??

First and last time!!!! I went one Sunday afternoon with my family and friends to Havana Cafe(the Bronx) the music was so LOUD. We couldn’t hear each other while in a conversation. It’s a restaurant not a club! Smh ??♀️

I went today to get some apps and a pina colada. I went to the bar as I saw a few people there. Sat down waited to be acknowledged and nothing. I had to ask the guy for the menu. He then walked out and the girl bartender completely ignored me. I tried to get her attention a few times. She never made eye contact or even said hi. She kept making other people drinks. As I waited patiently to even get acknowledgment she ignored me 100%. I already felt awkward walking into a bar alone but damn… I felt so embarrassed I just walked out and no one said anything to me. It was like I didn’t exist. I used to come here back in the days and always had a great time but now it is absolutely gone down hill. If I could give it a zero stars I would for the lack of professionalism.
