Awful! Just awful! The food was nasty! I find the workers unprofessional.

New management and unfortunately they are serving a tiny bit of food. Was there now and left without it because it was just worth the $11.00. Be fair with everything.

Black rice or congri as they call it is on of the best I ever had.

The food is great here, staff is friendly! This is my go to spot Havana express never fails! I highly recommend this spot!

Delicious food, reasonable prices, good portions, good service. and nice atmosphere. Definitely recommend I come quite often.

It's funny how when a business opens up there quality food is great and when they there for a 1year or 2 the food and portions are smaller this is what you get for $15.00 the food is in a smaller containers and you cant even feed a family with this see those maduros $3.00greasy looks like they cooked those black ones over and over again rice is hard won't pay money at this spot again. You have to try Prada restaurant in Throggsneck you get your money worth.

The ropa vieja with cassava/yuca was just to dream for. Their yuca is in some sauce which keeps it moist and tasty. The ropa vieja meat had green peppers, onions, laurel leaves and roasted red pickled peppers. It was an explosion of flavors. Not to mention the softness of the meat.

The pork was the worst I ever had in my life poor excuse for pernil the coconut rice was was done to make it seem fancy by adding actual sweet shredded coconut ,horrible...taste to sweet they should put on the menu coconut candy rice. Then they got my delivery wrong by sending me the wrong cake. Way to pricey for food that totally sucks ...anyone writing good reviews about this place must be family members or friends.

The pork chops tasted amazing and the price was worth it. If I could make one suggestion to the owners, I'd suggest they have someone greet the customers. I walked in during slow hours on a Saturday night and nobody said nothing. I'm unsure if I'd refer my friends and family.

This is a must visit location in the Bronx NY. free parking. Out door and in door seating.friendly fast service. Great tasting food. Fair prices. Nice size serving portions. If you live in or are visiting the Bronx I would definitely recommend this that you stop in and check it out for yourself.

This place is at a convenient location in a big mall area with ample free parking and easy accessibility. The restaurant is a corner business at the restaurants area. The food display is very clean and has a nice presentation. The staff is usually very courteous and accommodating. The food is well prepared and they usually have a good variety of entrees to choose from. Overall the taste is good and very satisfying. The price is moderate considering it's an Express place (no waiters or waitress).A few gripes about this place. One being the utensils they use. They have bottom tier pre packaged utensils, but do not have bottom tier pricing. Wendy's has better utensils than this place those. I really wish owners of these places would pay attention to the details that really make the experience at the place much more pleasant to the patrons. It really sucks to have to cut your Yuca with a bending knife, and to try and get your ropa vieja with a twisting fork. It literally almost entirely depletes the joy of being able to eat a great meal in heavenly enjoyment when you have to shift your focus from the flavors, to having to craft your meal with the subpar cutlery.We need more available table salt, enough to not have to wait for someone else to finish using it. We need an easier, more available way to be able to have water without having to actually purchase water, or have to wait online to ask for a cup for water (which often gets challenged bc there's a fountain machine with sodas available). I'm certain there's a law regarding this. Perhaps including a small water bottle with every meal upon request given the price being paid (Pruzzo's Deli includes a 16 oz. Kirkland water bottle with the purchase of any deli sandwich or hot meal at no additional cost) I'm sure that although it may increase your expense by a few dollars per case, it will greatly increase your revenue overall bc more people will know they will have a more affordable complete meal here.There tends to be a lot of clutter in the passage/hallway that leads to the back once you pass the fountain machine. It's a bit of an eyesore. This feedback is actually constructive, and most business would love to have it. So I will say you're welcome for the feedback and I look forward to the possibility of these improvements being implemented. Prioritize on the utensils though. That would be greatly appreciated. Next time I come around, I'll be looking for the change. If I see it, I'll update the review and add another star.Overall a good place to have a nice meal, despite the above. I recommend.

The food is amazing. I have tried a couple of dishes and I love them all. A little pricey but worth it.

Food was tasty! Would order take out from here again. Not sure if I would consider this a nice restaurant to sit and have drinks. It sort of resembles a cafeteria or a cafe. But they do serve drinks.
