I just left there about 20 minutes ago. It is now 10:50 11/17/23. Whoever just made the "grilled cheddar cheese with tomato on whole wheat" should never make sandwiches ever again. It was ICE COLD, cheese just put on top of a tomato in between 2 pieces of white bread. I have a 5 year old son who can make a better sandwich so if you are looking for any employees that have better skills at making a simple grilled cheese, my son will come and train that individual for free. With all of the negative reviews about this place, I should've thought better of it. Will never see me in there ever again!

The paninis are tiny, it was litteraly a snack not a meal.Getting past the size...the taste was so bland and not good at all.I would never buy from here again.

Food is OK service horrible I don’t understand why they hire family members if they can’t work together. And the atmosphere everybody’s joking around they talking about their personal lives and I taking their job serious. We don’t need that in this neighborhood. We need those that are hungry for customer service. Try to call them on the phone at six to 7 o’clock and nobody will pick up. Meanwhile, the sign says they close at nine. Just look at there ratings, I wish I can give half a star. Remember healthy fresh you us we don’t need you! So get your act together.

I just ordered a salad I used to love buying & for the second time it has wilted greens. I was so grossed out, I didn’t eat. I out took a picture & sent it to Healthy Fresh management. I asked for my money back & was given a hard time as the lady I spoke to says they don’t do cash back return only credit. Finally, Miguel (a manager) said he would give me cash the following day as registers can’t return my transaction. Nonsense & a waste of time. I definitely will not be returning to this place. I also won’t recommend it.

I was a big fan until recently. Wraps are smaller and prices are higher. Last time I ordered, the wrap was soggy.
Multiple times this place has let me down. It's like they almost don't care,or pay attention to minor details. The several times I ordered my orders always wrong. For example I'll say no tomatoes since I'm allergic, and I receive tomato on my sandwich. they'll act like they understand your order but they just never get it right or At least for me.Just please start writing down your orders it'll help in the future for the cooks and the cashier.

The food is pretty good in the morning but the girls that answer the phone are oblivious nasty obviously don’t want to work for their w.e an hour and it’s just becoming a typical day in East Tremont what used to be the good part of the Bronx not anymore!!!

Trying to give it the benefit of the doubt, but the salads are both more expensive AND smaller, and they forgot my egg last time while somehow charging me $2 more than usual. Did I have an extra ingredient compared from the last few times? Maybe, I don't actually know, but the size of the salad doesn't actually CHANGE. The ingredients also DO NOT look fresh on Mondays. I would be willing to change my rating in the future but for now this is it.

Excellent service, ordered breakfast sandwiches and it was delivered within 20 minutes. Fresh toasted rolls bacon egg and cheese, BLTs on a roll, and 2 other sandwiches all tasty and fresh. Polite delivery man and professional. Thank You for your delivery and the prices were great with today's inflation. I will order again.Thank YouPat

I ordered a juice with lemon pineapple carrot apple and orange. She gave me Lime, pre juiced carrots, pre juiced pineapple, pre juiced apples and orange juice. My daughter specifically wanted lemon and was annoyed when she saw her squeeze lime instead. We don’t consume seedless fruit since they are normally GMO. I asked her if she had any lemon she said no sorry . She should have told me she didn’t have lemon before I ordered it! We would have added something else instead of adding lime without asking. This is the second time I go there and they replace and ingredients with whatever they have instead of asking. I should have went across the street like I normally do, except this one is closer. Next time I will take the extra steps.
