The Nutrition House is one of the friendliest places I have ever been to! The shakes are amazing! The staff is so welcoming, it really puts a big smile on my face and brightens my mood. Highly recommend!

This is an adorable café-like business! We need more places like this, and it's hard to find in the Bronx. It's right between the pizzeria and daycare on the corner. Use the doorbell to request entry and they have seating/menus inside. I was suprised to see how cute it was, and the owner, Karla, is sooo friendly and sweet. I was in a rush so I only got a drink (super good btw and had guarana). I will def be returning to try the waffles and açai ? Reasonable prices, I wish I was nosier to have found this place sooner♡♡♡ And yes, the menu pictures ARE ACCURATE to what you are ordering

I love this place and everything about it! It's more than just a tea and a shake, they make you feel at home. I feel super energetic after having my nutrition every day. You have to try it!
