The staff is courteous, alas the food is atrocious. I think it is just me because this place is always busy. Wish I did like the food as they are literally across the street from me!Edit: (Oct 17, 2019)The food seems to have gotten better! The Won Ton Soup is palatable! My family love their food! I however, am lukewarm to it.Edit: (July 13, 2020) They were able to reopen after the virus. The food is as delicious as ever!UPDATE: (July 20, 2020) Hing Wong is under new management! The food is tasting better!

I really don't see what the hype is about, at ALL. Their food is overpriced and it isn't that good at all. The customer service isn't all that great, either. I'll eat here as a last resort.Update: The food is even WORSE than the last time I ate here. I really don't see what people like at ALL. The food was bland, and my fried chicken was SOGGY! Eww!!!

The staff who answered the phone had a bad and unfriendly attitude, so I gave up the attitude decision and hoped for everything.
