Don't like they hit you with a service fee and they and the tip to the bill. The Pat Thai noodles are all chopped up.

I have been going to Honey Thai with my mom for a few years now. Lately we have been going more frequently. This restaurant has such amazing food and the service is equally amazing. I would recommend taking the time to dine in and have a nice delicious meal and experience. It will continue to be my go to Thai restaurant of choice.

I gave it one star because I couldn’t not leave a star. I was dying for Pad Kee Mao so I ordered from here. Too bad I didn’t get what I ordered. It was ice cold which is odd as it’s 90 degrees today and it honestly looks like an appetizer. And the sticky rice with mango???? Ugh!! Barely any coconut sauce, the rice was gummy and not sweet at all and the mango was soo bitter. Such a waste! Will never order from here again.

I have been walking by this place for years and I always noticed it was empty. I decide to take a break from my usual Thai restaurant to try this out (since I recently moved into the neighborhood). Well as the saying curiosity killed the cat and now I see why this place doesn’t have many customers. The food is simply not good. I got shrimp and chicken dumplings and they were honestly awful. The golden puffs I got weren’t horrible but they were nothing to write home about. I also got the Pad See Ew and it was drenched in grease. Thankfully they didn’t screw up my Thai Iced Tea. I got take out so
I can’t speak much to the customer service. I really hate to give negative reviews but I need to honest. The food needs to better. It’s not fair to the customer.

I was so uncomfortable with the waitress who turned out to be so rude and aggressive I hope the place will speak with her because I did like my main dish (not so much the appetizer, roti canai). They're also using old menus with a sticker I didn't see that says all the prices for virtually every item were around $2.50 less than what they're charging, and of course I didn't see this sticker and of course the waitress didn't make any note of it, just handing me a ticket that was $9.00 more than I expected, including assessing the tip. For years I've passed this restaurant and wanted to try it, finally I made the time over the weekend. Unexpectedly, there was BLASTING salsa and no customers or employees were in there. Eventually a Latina waitress came out and called me "mi amor" and "sweetheart". I told her the music was so loud I didn't know if I could stay and she turned the music down. Then she went back into the back and started talking SO LOUD with whoever else was back there, and I could barely hear their voices but only hers. Five minutes later I got up to approach the kitchen and ask if she could take my order. When she came out again told her I'd like to eat outside, but I didn't tell her it was because I also didn't want to hear her loud talking. I didn't need anything, but the whole time I ate she never came out to ask me if I did, and I was happy to bring my dishes into the place when I finished. She had turned the music up REALLY loud again and I winced, and she said "sweetheart, you REALLY don't like Spanish music" which I told her was not true at all, I just wasn't expecting disco-level volume at what I thought was a delightful Thai restaurant. Then she gave me the check and I was trying to politely explain that if I'm going to be charged $34 instead of $24 that I was expecting, they should make people aware that the prices are old; she wouldn't let me even make my point and said she didn't need customers' "negativity" and that she would give me a "discount" (which is not what it is). She also said I had "demanded" she turned the music down which was ridiculous. While I was leaving I overheard her in Spanish tell people in the kitchen she was sick of customers who complained. I couldn't believe how unpleasant she was.

The service is amazing. Joanie is great! She made my brother and I feel as if we were the only patrons in the restaurant. My brother and I enjoyed the crispy spring rolls. The Pad Woon Sen was well seasoned and fresh. My brother and I agreed that the portions were more than enough. Honey Thai is a restaurant that we will continue to patronize.

I ordered the fried calamari and when I tasted it was overfried with no calamari. The Kee Paw Mau was tasteless with no Thai flavoring. A true disappointment Thai food that I love. It seems like management changed culturally. OVERPRICED for the quality. Don't go...it is a MAJOR DISAPPOINTMENT! That's why I go to Manhattan for Thai food

Don’t bother calling them for a pick up order . They won’t answer, and if you call 1 hour before they close they say they can’t make your food.

I thought this place was gonna be good I even gave a good tip 40 dollars for a Tom yum soup they gave me broccoli and carrots and string beans … and the fried rice was not flavor at all and the deliever I know definitely took a sip out my drink because the plastic was unraveled and the Thai ice tea was popped open no way it it can spill like that never again ordering from here again

Get your food somewhere else. If I could give this restaurant no star I would. Honeys used to be one of my favorite restaurants, my go too but now it’s just terrible. Every time I order there’s always an issue with my food. How do you place soup like food in those metal containers and not expect it to leak out. I ordered one thing and got something entirely different and that’s not even the half of it. You guys need to do better. I called the restaurant trying to find out what went wrong with my order and the woman answering the phone had the audacity to be rude and tell me no one complains, like look at your reviews for crying out loud!! Then proceeded to tell me don’t order from there. I’ve been a loyal customer for years, but after that, not anymore. Seriously get it together or yall will lose all your customers because I’m done being one. All the best!

Subpar food, lackluster service, staff inattentive, dishes lacked flavor, and absolutely disgusted by the food service. Never in my life had I imagined I come across a bad Thai restaurant. Overall, horrible place. Stay away at all cost.
