I came to my local Hook n Reel ( 75 Metropolitan Ave) today 9/5/2025 with my family, and our waiter Amir provided excellent service. He was knowledgeable of the menu and made great suggestions. His kindness and etiquette was exemplary, and we will be returning to this location!

Amir was our waiter. He was very attentive and explained the menu very well. He recommend certain items on the menu and was always smiling. I would recommend coming here because of his service and the food.

The waitress Jay she greeting us with a smile and waited patiently for my order .Im always undecided everything looks good.Food can nice and hot. She came to check if everything was good did I need anything .very professional .I like her hope when I come back Im going to look for her.She made me feel welcome .
