Great food and ambiance! Server Shawn was kind and professional - very knowledgeable about the menu.

Two men started a loud argument by the bar area- apparently this restaurant does not employee a security team!?!?
There is no place that does not have security in NYC- the service team and clientele should be protected. Please employee a licensed security detail!
Not acceptable - even a library has security .

Server sections are too big

The bathrooms were clean and loved the mirrors!

Bartender is fantastic ! Drinks were made well and consistent in flavor

Uber and ride shares should be able to enter the mall and pick up from restaurant door
As a business in the concourse plaza you can petition for this access thereby giving your clientele better service

Great spot - I’ll be back!

I have contemplated on writing this review but I feel the need to speak up ! At first I was having an ok experience as I was leaving the facility the owner was throwing forks and knives one of which hit me in the elbow because he was trying to attack his wife they were having an argument and he decided he wanted to beat her infront of customer!!!! as a former victim of Domestic Violence I don’t not recommend anyone to go here such a sad experience to see the fear and embarrassment in that women’s eyes as her husband beat her infront of everyone and shame on ALL THE STAFF because no one stepped in to help her!! A sad place to be truly !

Every time I order the soup and salad there is always an issue. I usually order the lobster bisque with the chicken Cesar salad today the issue was they didnt have any chicken tenders so they decided to give me the shrimp salad with no acknowledgment and send me off. I had to literally repeat myself twice staying had I know I’ve wouldn’t choose a different option or another restaurant.the point is that this issue is a reoccurring one and staff should be clear when a customer come in to order. Won’t be back though experience and his problem one to many times

False advertisement on hours of operations. All Dine in experiences end an hour before closing. We showed up at 9:00pm on a wednesday and were told everything was closed and only to go was available.

This wasn’t my first time @ Hook & Reel although this was my first time at THIS location. The atmosphere is very clean & well put together I will definitely say that. However the staff seemed very uninviting almost like they hated being there. An order was placed at the front literally the SAME order of head off shrimp seafood boil, with one order being 1/2 pound less than the other order (that’s 2 orders) PLUS two orders of wings one Cajun & one buffalo. It was decided that we would have drinks at the bar while waiting for the food, the Hennessy Colada’s were strong & delicious however again the bartender was robotic, uninviting, didn’t smile, etc. even saying “Thank You” seemed like it annoyed him. When the hostess handed over the food something told me to check that everything was correct but I gave them the benefit of the doubt as I usually always check, I said to myself the food literally was ordered in restaurant the order will be fine. Plus we had light conversation with the hostess on EXACTLY what was to be ordered. Once I arrived home the order is ALL WRONG. Flavor order of wings wrong, one right. Wrong size of shrimp boil head off & another bag of cold, uncleaned, ocean water tasting, salty & slightly old crab legs (already left location so decided to eat them that’s how it was found out they were not the best) What’s mind boggling to me is it wasn’t very busy in there at the time as it was a Monday at 6pm. Also keep in mind my ORIGINAL ORDER was on the receipt so how I ended up with everything wrong was beyond me. To top it all off a very bad stomach ache once the food was eaten. I’m definitely “on the gate” about this experience at THIS particular location.

I when here with my husband for the first time 2 months ago at the beginning the lady at the door took our order without asking for here or to go obviously we seated and while we were waiting time to time we had to ask for our order unfortunately she place it to go so our food was on the delivery side for all the time when I told the waitress she when pick up the order took it to the kitchen and came back in a min lol after hour he just place the food back in plates and bring it back to me the drinks too, frozen drinks served like martinis 🤣 the place is a joke at customer service but I really liked the food and my husband also. We made a positive video about your restaurant even tho we didn’t have a perfect experience.

Parking: Little bit tricky to pay parking here if you come at night time or for the first time, I did rounds before I found the exit after 10pm🤣

Ordered a crawfish boil and the sauce was too oily, it didn’t have flavor and the crawfish were dry and hard to chew on. Don’t recommend crawfish from this place.

The customer service was amazing. Our server constantly check on us and I didn’t go longer than 5 minutes without a drink. There wasn’t a long wait and there are a decent amount of people here today. The overall experience was great!
