Hudson Smokehouse did not disappoint! The chicken sandwich was amazing—perfectly seasoned and juicy. The brisket was packed with flavor, and the beer selection hit the spot. On top of that, the service was great—friendly, fast, and welcoming. Definitely a spot worth coming back to!

We had an amazing dinner here! Ordered the Jalapeño Cheddar Sausage (perfect snap with gooey cheese and just the right spicy kick), Full Rack Ribs (fall-off-the-bone tender with that sticky-sweet glaze we’re still dreaming about), the Turkey Sandwich (smoky, juicy, and fresh), and the Smokehouse Burger, my personal favorite!
