And my experience for two times that I’ve been there hasn’t been a good one I had lunch and got charged for like a regular dinner $17 for lunch menu and $14 for another lunch menu that I took out
It was very disheartening because I’m not coming back if you’re gonna change prices you need to tell your customers that why I got charged more I
And I’m not sure of the young lady that works I guess with the owner she’s one hot mess she fights argue with him in front of people
And I saw her on the phone taking orders and having a meltdown but I won’t be coming back you just lost a customer when you change prices you need to tell the customer ahead of time

The waitress who served us was extremely disrespectful by trying to impose a larger tip on us than we considered deserved, since her treatment was nothing special. I firmly believe that everyone who works deserves their pay, but please don't expect what you haven't earned. He made an aside with another waitress and the least he heard her say was: cheap, cheap, referring to me.

I placed an order through Grubhub & had a driver who refused to get out of the car to deliver the food. He shouted at me from the car & slung my food over the gate to my house. The worst customer service ever. I’m going to be calling the management to file a complaint in the morning.

These people have been very rude to my son, not once but twice. The second time they sent a bad rice and the lady on the phone had the audacity to tell my son that the rice was NOT fresh because it was the lunch special and yell at him. NEVER AGAIN coming or ordering from these nasty clowns!

I ordered from Anise on the Seamless app and when I ordered this the app said it couldn’t track my order because the restaurant that delivers its own orders. I say this because when my order was delivered the guy said that I didn’t tip and that he couldn’t leave without the tip he also wouldn’t hand me my order. When I went to check in the app and my bank I realized that I didn’t tip which I normally do tip. While I was checking on that, the guy delivering literally told me that if I didn’t tip he would have to take my order back. First of all, a tip is NOT mandatory. Second, my order itself was paid for. This is why consumers are fed up with tipping! Everyone is struggling now. Some nerve this guy had to demand a tip then say he wasn’t going to give me my order until I tipped. I will NOT be ordering again.
