The sad part is that I really like this place but I don't like how they upcharge when you want a garlic naan rather than a plain one trying to exchange it for the rice because on the menu The rice cost $4 but the garlic non cost 3.50 and my thing is how could you upcharge something that's cheaper than the original item it's just weird to me and greedy for money not to mention the portions aren't even that big for them to be so expensive so disappointing so sad

Food/Flavor is AMAZING. Service is okay —- could use improvement. Portions have gotten WAY smaller since over the last 5 years — especially for delivery. It doesn’t make sense to pay so much for a few grains of rice?!

I’m really disappointed with my recent order from Hungry Bird. I received uncooked reshmi kabab, and the dish was covered with excessive onions, tomatoes, and lemon — this is not how it’s supposed to be prepared.
When I called to share my concern, instead of helping, the boss (Mehtaab) accused me of complaining just to get free food. This was extremely upsetting, especially because we order from Hungry Bird every day and we even tip the delivery driver $5 each time.
We’ve always supported this restaurant, but today the food quality and customer service were unacceptable. I hope the management takes this seriously and improves both the food and how they respond to loyal customers.

We had chicken tikka masala, aloo saag (potato & spinach) and daal with yellow lentils. All of it was amazing. The tables are nice. The atmosphere could be more cleaned up. It was a cozy space with good vibes.
