The food is good, thank god for the cooks.But the customer service is -1 stars in my opinion.They ignore you, they attend their favorite clients first. Make you wait 10-15 minutes even when their store is absolutely empty!Make your order over the phone, the people here are horrible to deal with in person.

This place is disgusting!! I went to get a sandwich and the customer service was terrible the guy couldn't answer my questions like what kind of cheese, he had no answers, he didn't even talked. No communication. The people stink I thought something was rotting there, but it was like the wife or someone there who stinks so bad I thought it was I don't know but she was on the aisle next to it. So I ask for lettuce and this guy gives me a nasty brown black one only piece of lettuce the last piece of lettuce, I said don't you have a better piece of lettuce like this is gross? And he still try to serve me that so I walked away. We asked for one of the juices because it says "juice bar and deli" outside. and it was a freaking powder drink from who knows what year, so I asked the guy don't you have real fruit? And again no answer nothing. nada. I think this place should be shut down and like inspected because it does not look clean at all, disgusting.I bet all the people that wrote a review on this and gave it a 5 star have never been there and are friends of his,or family.... I'd give it 0, or -100 star.@Jordan Lee. A hater? I went inside the place. Check out my other reviews… It’s literally my only bad review. That’s what I experienced. They didn’t have fresh fruits or vegetables and it stank. Maybe my review helped them be better. I’ll give it another chance next time I’m in NY. Definitely not a hater.
