The manager was extremely aggressive and discriminatory toward me as an officer. All I did was ask about seat availability, but instead of demonstrating leadership, he displayed power-trip behavior that made me and the staff present feel uncomfortable. I had simply come to check if seats were available so I could return with my girl to enjoy a peaceful meal. However, after experiencing the manager’s behavior, I decided not to come back. I will be consulting my lawyer regarding this matter, as the experience was completely unacceptable!

The service was fine the host told me and my family to sit down while she was chatting away just for us to get back up again and it was my birthday that day so it kinda irritated me also towards the end of our meal close to closing time i believed the busser was getting our plates every 5 secs felt like we were being rushed out but when i go use the women’s bathroom it was disgusting the toilets were nasty and needed cleaning the floor as well needs cleaning idk i felt like the busser should’ve been cleaning the bathroom instead of taking our plates and rushing other than that it’s okay i guess i hope the next time i go it’s different otherwise i won’t be going back

This is the worst service I have ever received in my entire life, I made an order via Uber Eat and I specified that please do not make onions or green peppers in the Colorado, and when the order arrived it had everything that I did not ask for, so I called and they told me that the next time I had to call them to let them know that I did not want them to make that, so I made another order and called them and told them not to make it, and right now the delivery arrived and it had everything, In other words, they made it twice as much as normal, I think it was malicious that they did it that way, they are the worst service that an ihop has ever given in my life, I recommend that you do not buy anything in that place, they are the worst in the entire world and the phone service is terrible

I walked out as soon as I walked in the staff were doing nothing but talking and for the amount of tables that were available we should have been seated sooner. The host called my wife the wrong name twice even though the other host corrected him twice but I guess he doesn't know how to read because he called my wife Katrina when there is no t in her name .I don't know if the food was good because the vibe was so off I just walked out
Went into this ihop around 8pm for a quick bite to eat there was only 2 waiters and the manager there serving a lot of tables. I waited about 30 mins until someone finally came to take my order.As the lady was walking up to my table a roach came out from under the table I quickly got up and left very unsanitary very un professional to have someone wait 30 mins just to take my order. I will never step foot in here again.

Ever since this place changed the staff and management, it has been a much better experience. I used to come here and the service was slow and it seemed like all of the staff was drained. With the management the food comes fast and the waiters and waitresses are very attentive. This experience was especially good due to a waitress named Summer, who in all honesty needs a raise. Very hard working and a goes above and beyond for all of her patrons. If I go back there I need all of the servers to match her energy.
