If you want good service please don't go here. The manager and some of the staff are so unprofessional and rude. I went there to have breakfast. I came as a party of 2. They told us it was a 15 minutes wait. I waited for 30 minutes then went back and we got seated 10 minutes later. They seated us in the middle of walkway close to the entrance. Everytime the door would open a cold breeze would blow. It was so cold there I could feel the cold air coming in. I told the person that seated us that we're cold and his response was "I'm sorry" , not offer to moved us or anything. Waitress came over and I told her. she got the manager. He came over and say "what's the problem " I said we're cold here and it's uncomfortable. His response was " I mean, we could move you, I don't know how long the wait will be,but you have to wait just like everyone else." It's not what you say, it's how you say it . we got up and leave. They didn't deserve my money.

I'm a proud Bronxite so I'm used to the chaotic customers but the way the wait staff kept their composure was magnificent. Applauds for them. The waiter we had, I wish I remembered his name, was very attentive and joked with us. The host was very happy and nice. The manager was on his job and the food is always great. I know many other people have other experiences but anytime I go there hasn't been an issue that wasn't taken care of instantly. Thanks. As a ex worker of the food Industry I will say dealing with hungry customers is one of the hardest of all retail jobs. They were all great.

This place was absolutely a waist of time and money the server Stephanie was very rude and unprofessional as she interacted with my as well as other speaking badly about other customers and so on the food was was blan and undercooked and over cooked also like warm when said “fresh out the kitchen “ also blasting loud rap music does set the tone for a place to relax and have a breakfeast it’s 9:30 in the morning get real , highly do not recommend or hire a new staff

Recently went to this location and had a terrible experience. My family and I walked in we were seated right away. The waitress walked passed us about 4-5 times and we overheard a conversation of the waitress stating to another couple who walked in that they are closing at 4pm. (There was no indication or sign saying they were closing early this very day) the waitress finally approached us and just asked are we ready. Never introduced herself or anything. When I asked if it was true they are closing at 4pm she stated "Yes we are" when I asked why she stated "We are just closing at 4pm" after seeing a sign outside stating children eat for free I asked the waitress how does that promotion work? Her response was "we close at 4pm so we aren't doing that" I was going to walk up and leave but for the sake of my children who were hungry we stayed. She took our orders moved along to the next table and what does she do? Introduce herself states that they are closing at 4pm due to them having to do a deep cleaning of machines. I would of understood if I was the type of customer who came in rude to her or your staff but I wasn't. Plates were popping hot food was cold. They didn't bring out the French fries that I ordered for my children until AFTER we all finished our cold meal. Waitress didn't ask if our table was okay nor if we wanted refills. I became fed up and just wanted to go. The bill was paid and although her service was TERRIBLE still left a tip. But all she did was rolled her eyes and not even a THANK YOU! Don't get me wrong I completely understand that life has been tough on Everyone so I try to have some compassion but I will NEVER return to this location.
