Service was awful, server didn't even give their name, seemed annoyed. Everything was slow. For was average, I remember when IHOP was delicious and with large portions, got a great price. Pancakes are now the size of frozen pancakes, my daughter got maybe 12 fries with her very average burger, and that's being generous, yet the prices are insane $18 for an omelette at IHOP is nuts....IHOP was better when there wasn't one on every block. But that's what happens when restaurants expand too fast and too wide.

First time there for me. I was with my aunt and uncle. The waitress was polite, took our orders but gave the wrong drinks to us. She also forgot my Aunt's side of toast. It came when she was almost finished with her meal. When she brought the bill she seemed to have an attitude. Her customer service skills started out good but at the end it went downhill. Left her a tip even though the service wasn't that great.

We waited 15 mins and no one came to our table. They serviced people that came in after us. They were also playing glorilla the explicit version while there were children there. I am very disappointed and I will not be returning to this location.
You guys need to learn to do better, I have order for pick up and delivery and both times disappointment. You guys always forget to put SYRUP, If you are prepping an Order with pancakes why forget the syrup? And if it isn’t the syrup you forget a side. Definitely not ordering from you guys anymore
