Literally was sitting for 20 minutes and no one came up to us to even take our drink order. I look over to my left and the waitress is taking someone else’s order that came after us. I got up and left. I would not be coming to this ihop again.

I’ve came here so many times and service has always been slow but today was the worst experiences I’ve had. Came with my family a party of 8 to celebrate my nieces first birthday. To start AFTER being seated we waited 35 mins no waters served no orders taken nothing. We had children at the table had to ask about service more than twice was told the manager was going to take our order she came over asked if we were ready, we were really eager at this point to just to put everything after waiting so long and responded yes we are she said she was going to post some other orders in and come right back ….another ten minutes went by and she did not come over I again got up to find someone and ask about service and asked if we can at least have waters while waiting this long she never came back instead asks another server to take us. As a manager she should have approached the table to at least apologize. Didn’t even bother asking to sing happy birthday, really disappointed in the service and it was not busy as it would be on a Saturday or Sunday.

This Ihop gave me one of the worst dining experiences that I’ve ever had. It took 30 minutes to bring us water, and 45 minutes to bring our food. Not only that, someone at our table only ordered French toast and it NEVER came.
Then when I got my food, it was very bland and I just couldn’t eat it. We decided to leave because the person at our table never got their food.
Then when it came to payment, we waited another 10 minutes for our check, then the items that we didn’t get were NOT removed from our receipt and it took ANOTHER 10 minutes to get the correct number….. is what I’d like to say if the waitress didn’t get our total wrong again.
She kept trying to tell us that our total was $79 when it was $72. All I did was add up the total for the items that we DID get and got $72. I was so aggravated that I paid it anyway because I wanted to love.
Bathrooms were disgusting (men & female). There was no structure, short staffed. Should be more prepared for incidents like this.

The advertisement says, kids eat free but you charge for the kid. When I asked, I was told that if I ordered an entree it would be free. When I asked the server, I was told that I have to inquire with the server. If you advertise, kids eat free, and kid is there and ordered from the kids menu, you shouldn't have to ask, candy kid eat for free.

Our waitress Winter was amazing. Very good with my sons she knows how to interact with children and kept making sure we were good. I didn’t give it 5 stars because I felt we waited way too long for our food.

It was early Christmas morning and we were able to seat our party of 10. There were a few mistakes on the order but other than that the service went well. The food was good for IHOP. The last time I went to this location, I feel the service has improved significantly. The staff were friendly and helpful. I will be going back.

Parking: Once parking lot is full it is difficult to find parking.
