This is a wonderful establishment. The staff is welcoming and very pleasant. They exhibited excellent Customer Service. Our waitress Kiyanna was amazing. She managed to serve everyone without missing a beat. She was the only server at the time of my dining experience. She handled Aand navigated like a true professional. The manager and another worker pitched in and as a team they took care of each Customer with quality care.

Specifically ordered gluten free pancakes through uber eats and instead of reaching out when not having them they proceeded to send regular pancakes and did not disclose this and I have an allergy. I was told I would be reached out to by corporate and yet nothing has still to be resolved. All they could say was sorry on the phone. WILL NOT LOOK OUT FOR YOUR ALLERGIES!!!!

My wife thinks chain foods taste better in the hood so we came to an IHOP in the X 😂 after finding parking and crossing the PJs we made it and were pleasantly surprised by the best customer service in I have ever received in an IHOP . The one responsible for this once in a lifetime BX customer service was Kiannah our server she takes pride in her job and in the BX if you’re from NY you know that doesn’t really exist . Best IHOP server ever .

Omg this is the worst Ihop ever do you know the had the audacity to serve me pancakes with the butter on top with a disgusting extra topping it was a roach still alive right on top of the butter due to this incident I will never eat at another ihop again I cant I wanted to take a picture but I was so caught up with anger and disgust my stomach was in knots because I usto come here weekly the things I probably consumed before this incident without even knowing. Please inspect all the food that comes out this kitchen.
Food was great but they charged us more than they were supposed to. Our bill came up to 47 dollars which I found out the server charged 56 dollars. They stole extra 9 dollars to the bill. I tried calling them multiple times no one answered.

This place is horrible. I ordered pumpkin pancakes through uber eats and this horrible restaurant actually dumped pumpkin spice all over the pancakes making them inedible as it is not safe to consume that amount of pumpkin spice. They will not answer the phone and its disgusting that they would do that and send it out. I want my money back. Absolutely ridiculous. I was having a rough week and just wanted some pancakes that I could tolerate and because of them I went to bed hungry and with my health that is not good. I wouldn't ordered from here if they were giving it away.
