came here for National pancake day for DINE IN ONLY pancakes and a rude and nasty waitress decided to say under her breath that she wasn’t gonna service my table. We weren’t being disrespectful or distruptive. They took about 15 minutes just to service us. They asked us if we were at least 18 (didn’t know there was an age requirement for ihop) servers were rude told me that tenders are like $2 each (nobody has ever told me that and just serviced me for what I asked for) my experience was just very poor and annoying. I had a way better waitress before nice old lady. These younger girls are rude and just very disrespectful.

My friend ordered eggs over medium, and they brought her eggs that were close to raw. Then there was hair in the butter on her pancakes. When she showed the waitress the waitress just said "oh." Maybe learn the phrase "I'm sorry about that." Later that day when I checked my credit card bill, I saw that the restaurant had charged for my meal and then charged me a second time for another table's bill, for $130. I tried calling them, but nobody picked up the phone, so I had to drive back to the restaurant to get it fixed. While I appreciate the manager who took the charge off, in general this place doesn't seem to care much or pay attention to what they're doing. Honestly, such a bad experience, not only will I never go back to this location, I will probably not ever go back to any IHOP.

This restaurant has a PENDING GRADE, Bathrooms are dirty and the table was dirty with customers leftover garbage and they will sit you at that table without checking to see if it’s cleaned properly. The waiter had a very nasty attitude and was very unprofessional but the icing on the cake is that she charged my bill more than what was printed on the receipt by extra $15, also we were a party of 3 and I literally put ZERO where the tip section was AND I PUT THE TOTAL AMOUNT ON THE RECEIPT. I will file a POLICE REPORT this has to stop and this is fraud, how there she charge whatever she wants on my bank card. This is appalling and customers shouldn’t have tolerated this nonsense. I will have to change my card who knows what else is possible. I’m extremely upset and Angry!!! Customers BEWARE that waiters will commit fraud on your Account without you even knowing or realizing that they charge your account extra money. They take advantage of the fact that some people may not check their account. Avoid this place AT ALL COST !!!! Horrible treatment at this Restaurant and I’m extremely upset!!!!

came here on my birthday ordered food and my drinks they brought the drinks ended up waiting a hour no food everyone coming in after receiving their food manager is incompetent don't have any solution problem solving skills didn't even refund money for drinks just blamed her chefs never will spend my money at another iHop went to applebees right after way better.

Absolutely horrible experience. Seated for an hour without receiving any food I ordered, but had to watch everyone around me who was seated after me, receive their food. The food was decent. The restroom could use a ton of work. There weren’t any paper towels to use to open the door. Nor where there a foot stand to open the door. The bathroom was filthy. I wouldn’t go back. The service was good but these things make you wonder.

I rarely leave bad reviews, I tried to give this IHOP so many tries. First, do not expect food for at least 45 minutes. It takes 20 minutes to get a glass or water or coffee. Second, the waiter will get your order wrong and then gaslight you into thinking you told her the wrong thing. Then make you wait 30 more minutes for the right order only to come out AGAIN with the wrong order. I cannot make this up. Like I said I’ve been here two times and I highly recommend you go somewhere else. They’re understaffed and rude.

Sat down with my family for over 20 minutes and noone approached our table the whole time after we were seated. It was busy but people seated after us somehow was able to receive service. So we decided to leave and head to the diner across the street.

The food was warm. They forgot one of my drinks I ordered and all the end when it was time to pay the bill the waiter chose her own tip. Mind you she didn’t even bother to check up on us, not once. She thought I didn’t notice so I tipped her less. Not so nice. I’ll think about it twice before going to this IHOP again.
