I've been coming to this IHOP as it is in my neighborhood. I come here whenever I want the taste of a good breakfast. The service is hit or miss, but today 12/6/2025, I was served by an angel, Charmaine A. She made sure myself and other patrons were seated comfortably. She provided the refills without having to be asked and my meal was served warm. I had ordered the split decision and the pancakes weren't ready yet so instead of letting my plate sit until the full order was ready, she gave me the plate with the explanation that the pancakes would be on the way. Her personable service made my day. Thank you.

Today I had an extremely disappointing experience at this IHOP. Our server, Hazel P, took over 15 minutes just to bring us coffee. We eventually had to ask another employee, Luisa, for help — and when she tried to assist, Hazel yelled at her in front of everyone.
Throughout our meal, Hazel repeatedly walked past our table without once checking if we needed anything. We had to rely on other servers just to get basic service. This level of unprofessionalism is completely unacceptable.
Thanks to Luisa for stepping in and trying to make the situation better — she was the only bright spot in an otherwise miserable experience. I will not be returning to this location again, as I would not want to risk being served by Hazel in the future. I’ll be going to the Hartsdale IHOP instead, where the staff actually cares about their customers.

Although the breakfast sampler was pretty good, the service could use a little improvement. For $11 for breakfast, it's worth it. I do recommend IHOP for breakfast.

They have the cheesecake pancakes that I Love ❤️ & I always get my splash berry even though it’s discontinued always order it
Went there for french toast and they gave me a loaf of bread. It was huge.

Not what it us to be ,most of the dishes contains meat and only (1) one vegetable hamlet ,if I didn't like mushrooms and spinach what other choice would I have?

My mother came here this morning this is our local Ihop . A spanish lady started as her server . Anyone who knows my mother knows she is indecisive so of course shes asking the waitress questions about the menu because of course the waitress is there to help you. This server did not understand English well ,proceeds to get an attitude with my mom because shes asking questions about the menu and the server can not understand. My mom told her one moment and the waitress walked away so upset she sent someone else to serve my mother
This is not how you treat your customers who have been coming here for years
