Customer service sucks. Went to go pick up my order and no one welcomed me or asked if I needed help.. people came in after me and received the warmest welcome and how may I help you.. then I said something the guy was shocked like I just appeared out of nowhere.. also why do have a sign out side with a number that no one answers?

The food was good, the service was great! The only thing is that the tables have very little space, and I am average. Not fat, my belly was hitting the table. We also didn't get asked if we wanted anything else. Our server just brought the ticket, so that was a bit of a setback.

Good morning everyone. I just ordered from here. I ordered a avocado with bacon and hard egg. No avocado at all. No syrup or utensils even when I ask them. This is not the first time they incomplete an order. If I had order through grubhub I would have gotten my money back. I spent over 65.00 and I am so disappointed. This ihop been around for a long time but now they have officially fell off. Even when I go into the store bullsxxt. Please change your ways and do the right thing. Customers expect what you are selling.

Since I been living in this area I been I coming to this location which is only 5 mins away from me an years go by the service just gets worst an worst they need to make this place bigger an get better people to work there cause they all have a problem when u ask a question top of that they take people in that walks in an just leaves the people that’s been standing there for 0-15 mins how ever the restaurant is nasty and does not smell good close this please down

I always go here for a quick breakfast. The place is small but cozy. They have 3 sections where you can sit. The staff is polite and kind. I usually get their omelete and hot chocolate, which is always tasty. My husband always gets the steak and eggs, and he enjoys it. However, this time around, I ordered from the 50 & 0ver menu because I am dieting. I got 1 slice of french toast and either 2 or 3 slices of turkey bacon with some fruits. It's wasn't bad at all. I actually enjoyed it. I probably order from the 50 & over menu again because it has fewer calories compared to the regular menu. Next time, I will post pics of the meal.. But overall, I would recommend going here.

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. Our server Luisita was great; she was attentive and consistent. Nonetheless this restaurant sucks, the tables are tiny, it smells like mildew and it was freezing at 945am. My party of 4 was placed right by their visible sink for hand washing where the stinkiest door opened up. My children and I waited for over 30 minutes and it wasn’t even crowded. After inquiring twice about our meals I was told they’re under inspection so it would take time. Once the food came out the pancakes were so dry they absorbed the syrup immediately and were completely hard to swallow without water. For my toddler this was legit a Safety issue. This place needs to be revamped and updated. It’s so gloomy.
