The service here is so bad I waited almost 30mins to order and walked out after I waited 35min, there waiters are not so fast and not helpful very careless. Not only to say i was with my 4 year old daughter and she was also very frustrated.

We ordered breakfast waited for about 10 minutes and The food was cold!! Bacon undercooked, hash browns were not hot at all…..my french toast was the best part of my breakfast. Will not come here again.

They was not even open at 349am guy said its only opem for delivery but then I called another 24 hr ihop on bdway and they say once it says open its open to done in not for delivery that's crazy made us travel from far to get there was closed they said I think he did not want to open

Our waiter Chris O. Was exceptional. The breakfast was served in a timely fashion with a smile. He is very polite and made us feel like we were at home.
Can’t wait to return and We will be requesting Chris to be our waiter again. The staff was and the experience was one of the best we had in the IHOP chain. Great job to all of the Staff.

I asked for a table for 1 the short female avoided eye contact with me sits everyone else while there's plenty of tables available this was Thursday afternoon after 1p place was empty. This is the last time I'm going to this location. The one on the Westside of the Bronx treats me better, but this one is closer. Retrain your employees. I'm a former restaurant manager now retired

I decided to give ihop another try. I say this because the last time I could not find parking. So we decided to stop by today and there was a parking right in front. It was like meant to be. We had a young gentleman by the name of Mr. Jonathan let me just say that his customer service is outstanding. He is very respectful young man very attentive and on point. The food came out so quickly my family and I were so shocked . Wow the facility is extremely clean every 1 here is very nice. We will definitely be back even it’s a bit out of our way we live in Woodside , by Thanks staff for your great service
