Okay look IHOP. I was more than excited to try out your restaurant for the first time. However, don’t you guys think that if I ordered the original buttermilk pancakes, I should get the butter on my pancake? If I wanted plain pancakes I would’ve ordered that! But you guys forgot the butter. It’s not only that either. We told the worker at least 3 times that we wanted mushrooms on the side, but they still managed to get that wrong. My sister wanted mushrooms. 🙁💔

I would like to make a report that restaurant I-hop should be more careful how to treat customers you won’t like it if it happens to you I haven’t eat I hop for very long time and unfortunately the food is not great good as it use to be small plates big price

Visited on June 22, it was pretty slow at the restaurant. Our server John came over and provided us with our seats, high chair for my toddler and even asked what utensils I wanted for my toddler. My toddler was a little fussy so he got him crayons, a coloring page and changed the music to Disney radio. My son was calm for the rest of our visit. Before we left my son went up to John to thank him and gave him two high fives. My son even wanted to offer him his coloring page, but John was nice and insisted he keep his art work. 10/10 experience. If you go out to eat with toddlers, you know how challenging that may be but it was honestly such a great experience. Thank you for your customer service and warmth ☺️

I have been to this IHop #3694 many times and never had any problems before. However the service today was horrible. Jonathan R our server was very annoying. He took forever to take our order because he was socializing with other staff. Finally when he did come it was a disaster. We had to ask for butter for my waffles, no syrup or sugar on the table. He took forever to bring it back. He needs to be retrained in customer service. My husband had to get up from the table to get containers for our food and the check so we could pay and leave Shouldn't he ask us if everything is OK? Very disappointed that we received such horrible service today 6/29/25.

I have never been treated so disrespectfully as I was at the Ihop located on E.149th St in the Bronx on June 23rd 2025 1:27am. I entered & as the sign reads I waited for someone to seat me. I asked the 2 gentlemen sitting there about being seated. They said someone will come out and seat me. I went to the bathroom and when I returned the same employee told me there were no tables available. Please see my video & pictures. Then he threatened to call the police, locked the door. I will never ever visit this establishment again as long as they have servers like that!! RATING 0 STARS BUT THEY REQUIRE A RATING FOR A POST!!

I order take out ..my food was sitting there for over 10-15mins on the counter by the cashier. I finally ask about my order so i said my order been sitting there for the longest.no apology nothing .I said treat ppl how you wanted to be treated.
I ordered for delivery,I picked it up myself and the eggs were broken, the milk shake wasn't even a milkshake dont order to go

I have came and enjoyed this ihop many times and haven’t had an issue at all. Overall the food service is good but this time I noticed my bill was a bit higher than usual and I noticed they charged me a 15% gratuity charge without even letting me or even asking. I believe tips are not required or mandated but as a usual and a understanding hard worker, I know a lot of people live off tips. Therefore I was going to leave a good tip anyways but charging your own gratuity fee without even letting the customer know seems a bit outrageous to me. I won’t be eating here no more. $10 lost you guys a returning customer. I wish I would have kept my receipt.

Yesterday I called if I could come in early to surprise my mom for her early Mother’s Day gift and they were so nice to me and they helped me out my mom’s a big fan of this IHOP location. Thank you so much for everything. She had an amazing day thank you. I have especially the people who work there.

I ate at this location at was charged Al a cart for additions. I added grits $10 and coffee $16. I added bananas to the top of my pancakes $19. Apple juice $10 total bill $70. Never ever again!
