I was just calling the restaurant, but no one answered, I just bought a stew peas with white rice and two fruit punches for $26,00, I could not enjoy the meal it was just sauce and bone, my fellow Jamaicans that is not acceptable in this hard time, I am disappointed, you have to do better if you want your people to support you, I left it on my table and returned to work eating a chip.

The food here is always good and fresh. My favorite is the shrimp pasta its really good.I also like the turmeric ginger shots; they’re strong and give a nice boost. The workers here are very pleasant and the owners customer service is TOP TIER !

Absolutely delicious food! Ordered catering for a work event, came recommended from other co-workers and this place did not disappoint! Very friendly owners and staff, delivered on-time, and everything was hot and delicious. Placing a catering order over the phone was very easy. We had rice and peas, sweet chili salmon, jerk chicken, pineapple bbq chicken, sautéed vegetables and salad. Everyone absolutely loved the food! I ordered the Ikon Lemonade and they added complimentary water too. Highly recommend. Will definitely order again for future events and even just for regular take out.

I recently visited the restaurant for the first time having passed by it often and ordered a jerk chicken wrap listed with Parmesan fries on their menu. When I picked up my takeout, I noticed the fries were missing. Despite the menu stating otherwise, the cashier informed me that they don’t offer fries with that order.
On my way home, I found the wrap poorly assembled with chicken bones inside, posing a choking hazard. While the chicken itself was tasty, the ordering process was misleading and the overall presentation and service were subpar.

A member of the YMCA suggested this restaurant. I tried it and everyone loved it! The Pineapple Barbecue Chicken, Jerk Chicken, Coconut Rice, Vegetables, it's all so delicious. I used to serve sandwiches for the senior fellowship monthly; where we play games, listen to poetry, music, dance, and have uplifting and encouraging conversations. However, after the first order, everyone fell in love with the food and I've been ordering monthly ever since. The senior fellowship attendance has increased. I think they come for the food. The staff at Ikon Caterers is always friendly, warm and courteous. The owner is a nice gentleman also.

I’ve had the pleasure of dining at Ikon several times. Every time when we think it could not get any better, the chefs out did themselves. Great food and even better people at Ikon. A definite must visit when you’re in the Bronx!!!
Great Jamaican food restaurant located right in the Bronx and easily accessible. The food is top tier and the customer service is very friendly and welcoming. The owner is always professional and courteous with a can do attitude and I love that.

If you want to experience top tier customer service paired with delicious, finger licking (if you do that), food, then I would suggest stopping by the Ikon Caterers for your meals. On top of that, they now have a dinner hall where you can book private dinners with your family and friends or just walk in with your partner/spouse or a friend and sit and dine.
