We have ordered from this location for over a year and their drop in quality, portion size, and consistency has been significant. It's now a mockery of ramen and food service. It is a waste of your money to eat here. Places like this need to close and make space for worthwhile food. The garbage this place has turned into needs to take itself out and it's doing it too slowly for my taste.

I honestly hope they close this location. The people there clearly do not care about their job and it’s evident in their lack of work ethic. How does someone see an order for two ramen dishes and you only provide the noodles for one and zero broth whatsoever. It’s unfortunate because ippudo has really good food and service at every other location except for this one and yes I have been to them all.

I always order the Rich modern Tonkotsu it’s super creamy and rich!!!! They never miss. You have the option to order the noodles cooked or Uncooked which is why some people may say the noodles are raw.If you’re thinking about it You should definitely order from here !!!

I don’t know why this place doesn’t have more stars. I order from here off Uber eats frequently. The classic tonkotsu combine is the best. The broth is creamy and flavorful. I usually get it with the chicken bun which is also delicious. Today they threw in sides of bean sprouts, seaweed salad and cucumbers really tied everything together and made this a full meal.

Don’t order from here, their food is DISGUSTING. Raw noodles, frozen corn in the ramen ,and the chicken bun was gross. The Ramen brothwas the absolute worst—pure oil, just see the pics. I hope they’re forced to close one day.
Best ramen in the bronx by FAR. It's not even close.It's a little pricey but ordering through uber eats this food has never missed, not even once. They package everything perfectly and the food is authentic. Would recommend.Get yourself a ramen combo of choice, won't be disappointed. Very happy this location is now available in the Bronx

Ordered on uber eats. The Ramen is good it was my first time having a creamy white broth. Had the spice on the side. The noodles and broth are separated. May have to microwave a little. But the ramen was good. The pork buns were also good. Gyoza not so much. And those little dough balls Takoyaki are nasty as hell steer clear specially if ordering for delivery.

Delivery order of two spicy tonkotsu were missing add on ingredients and the spicy paste to the SPICY tonkotsu. ?I'm usually not a harsh critic but when you're missing $6 add on items and the WHOLE SPICE part of a spicy ramen broth, that's a big fail.The toppings that come with the base ramen order was a joke of itself. There's another reviewer who shared a picture of their sad pinch of toppings is spot on to what I had received.
