Brought my Sicilian wife to Little Italy. This was our first stop and it didn't disappoint. Small, old school shop, three Italian employees speaking Italian. She was in heaven. The pizza was AMAZING. Big, wide slice, perfectly crisped in the oven. Very highly recommend.

I was so disappointed I used to visit this place all the time and I used to love the sauce and sausage Parmesan Herro I’ve been there twice and it’s been absolutely a disappointment. I’m so sad.

I was in the area several days for work and didn’t want to spend 30-50 on a meal. Once I found Ivana’s I was hooked. Linguine and clams one day, classic gigantic slices of cheese pizza the next. Don’t wait to end of the day to get your Stromboli they will sell out. I went over and got mine at the beginning of the day. As overheard from one of the employees “the best day of vacation, is the night before your vacation, because you know at that moment you have your whole vacation ahead of you”. This is a no frills place but the pizza is on another level. You can't go wrong here, but I recommend trying the lasagna pizza if they have it available by the slice. Enjoy.

Stopped in to this place to grab my little ones a few slices before we went to grab gyros. So glad we did. The owner was so nice and accommodating especially since he was closing soon after we walked in. The pizza was delicious and the prices were very reasonable. We will definitely return if we’re in the area again.

I ordered a chicken cutlet parm hero, It was the worst chicken parm sandwich ever. A waste of money.
They are one of the best finds in Little Italy. I tell my tour group about them every time we go, and several will go and visit and eat there.

I come in at least once a week to order their fettuccine chicken alfredo. If you like it on the thicker side, this is the place to go! Their pizza is also amazing. The staff treats me so well, like I’m walking into someone’s home and eating a meal made with love. These guys are the GOATs and they’re Cowboys fans 😤💪
