Very good place to eat and very friendly staff!! The portions are quite large and at a very very very good price. The spaghetti dish was gigantic for $13. Without a doubt to repeat. The lasagnas are very big and good!

We went for a tour of the Italian neighborhood in the Bronx. We stopped at this pizzeria. We opted for a large pizza and drinks. Tasty pizza and really affordable price compared to others. If you have to stop for a bite to eat, I really recommend a stop here at Ivana's.

Excellent pizza if you stop at Little Italy in the Bronx. Fine, thin and crunchy but there is also square and thick. After 300 burgers we were happy to eat it

Top tier pizza here. Ivans is a stapple here in little Italy. I have nothing bad to say about them. I rated service 2 stars only because there's not much to say. It's an old dude and a young guy behind the counter. What can I say ?. Atmosphere 3 stars. You walk in, and it's 1995 all over. Love the food, tho. I highly recommend it. There are only 2 good pizza shops here in Arthur Ave. I won't say the other one, but it's been here as long as Ivans. All the others are a no-no for me. I gotta be honest with my foodie reviews.
