Jades Palace should cook their Fried rice well. Many times, I have purchased their fried rice it is undercooked and their food don’t taste good either.

Just barely ok food. Plantains always greasy and meat tough. The main problem is when buying the pork chops. It has an odd dried out taste, a bit like cardboard. I was told by a frequent buyer, that the taste changed after covid year. He says it tastes like they switched meat to shoulder or hip meat from dog.Pork chops NOT taste like a real pork chop. Otherwise everything else passable.

Food here is perfectly fine and the guys working here are good people. Been eating at this place for almost 5 years now. There prices are “high” but tbh EVERYTHING in America is getting expensive… in comparison to everything else their prices are on the cheaper side imo.

Customer service is extremely poor. We repeated our order on the phone several times, only for them to deliver the wrong food. When asked to deliver the right order, they stated that it would be a $4 extra charge. $2 for the delivery fee and $2 dollars for tip. I decided to go and pick up the order that I originally asked for, only for them to tell me that it will be an extra $2 charge. When asked why, they stated that it was the difference in price. I informed the lady that it was the restaurants mistake and that I should not have to pay, plus I came out my house to pick up the correct order. So her response was to take out a chicken wing from my order to cover the $2 charge. Never again will I order food from here because their customer service was horrible. Also, in order for me to get my food, I had to return back the incorrect order that they gave me. Who knows what they did with that food. Be aware!

Their food is not like it used to be. Their beef Lowmain is terrible soggy and pork fried rice is not tasty any more. They should get there act together. And get other people to work there people that know how to cook, oh another thing fried chicken and fried plantains were full of grease. Had to throw it all away. I haven't gone back ever since ..

Since when does $30 meal not come with a drink? Food is edible but this place will never be my first choice.
I guess some people have problems with some restaurants but it happens and then they end up leaving a bad review because of one bad order. Because we're all perfect. I've been living in the area for about 4 years never had a problem with this restaurant the food is great the service and delivery is fast.. and I love the fact I call them and I don't have to give them my address because they already know ????
