As of today, i am done. Just dont waste your time. Or be ready to have some type of 'issue' with your order. Everytime i go here spend $45+ on lunch and there is ALWAYS an issue. From me ordering and then getting there to pick up and they say "we never got it". Then id have to wait 30min or more for the order. Or missing items in the order or them taking the order not making it and saying they didnt get it meanwhile they charged you already and they try and blame it on the app you used to order through mean while ive used uber eats, seamless, calling them directly and grubhub and somehow they use the same excuse. Or Sometimes they say "the tablet was on" (as if that is an excuse) Meaning you order didnt even get stared. Then you are back to waiting for your meal. I am done loosing money and time driving there to get the order and done with hearing the same excuses. This sucks because the food is good......if you ever actually get it. Just google search for other places in the area that actually give you what you ordered instead of excuses and a bunch of nothing for the money you spend.

I tried this food for the first time today. This will definitely be my go to place to order during my lunch time at work. I had the salmon white rice , salad with a lemonade. It was delicious, I will definitely be ordering again.

I've been with them for a while, and the food isn't bad, but it's also not great. It's a good balance for what you pay for. However, if you want your food to arrive late, deal with rude drivers, and experience absolutely awful, disorganized, and wack customer service, then this is the place to order from. I'm not exaggerating when I say it's extremely awful. They're now so disorganized that they don't even post the menu, so it should be called 'surprise meals.' I won't be ordering from them again, and I'm writing this review to prevent you from doing so as well. Dealing with them was frustrating, and the whole point is not to be frustrated over food. Their customer service is not helpful at all, and I've notice food is poorly packaged as well. I dont know why the service is so bad now

They used to faithfully post the menu every Sunday night. Now they have “pending” in each day of the week. I reached out via IG, to ask why and they blocked me. Unprofessional. Lost a customer.

I started this meal plan about 5 weeks ago, and it's been great to reset my diet and improve eating habits. I love receiving fresh and delicious food everyday early in the morning. I've only had a few issues: needed extra utensils, they missed normal delivery time twice, and wanted to stop including snacks when I paid for weeks ahead. Ignacio and his team were able to rectify that and continue to provide excellent customer service! I plan to order as needed.
