Went here on a Friday afternoon. Great ambiance with music. Fun and friendly staff greeted us. Food and milkshakes were ready quickly. Everything was hot, flavorful, and fresh. I'm glad we found this place. We will be returning.

Rose gave bad customer service I make a reservation for My Son birthday, and she forgets to sing happy birthday and then take my tip when I told her she didn’t deserve my tip due to the fact that she didn’t do what I came to do I came there to have a good experience for my birthday and she ruined it.

Came here to grab a quick bite, sin embargo I always wanted to try and the staff told me they closed...on google it says they open from 1pm to 8pm. I went at 3pm.Very disappointed.

I came here to celebrate my sons 10th birthday. He enjoyed the food and especially the milkshake , however the Food was so overpriced. The service wasn’t horrible but wasn’t good, the service was so dry and she wasn’t attentive which threw me off since it was just my table and one other. It was nice for a one time thing but not a place I would return too.
This used to be my go to place. I had my toddler son and daughter and my husband there. We celebrate my son's birthday . The food was overpriced compared to before the pandemic. The food was too hard for my Toddlers to eat (chicken fingers and french fries). The atmosphere is beautiful with plenty of place to take pictures after the remodel. However, they make the customers pay for their remodeling price with the new over priced menu. While I was there, another customer was double charged for her bill. And then when I came home, I realized that I was charged an additional price as. We are completely dissatisfied with their service, and completely dissatisfied with the food. it's very disappointing because we used to love this place. We traveled from queens New York to The Bronx Just to support this business, we can no longer do that. Hope this helps you in your future endeavors. Find somewhere closer to home.
