The jerk house is one of my favorite Caribbean restaurant in The Bronx great flavor and they are not cheap on giving you food it’s definitely worth it. I absolutely recommend this restaurant!!

It's a cop and go moment for the food...so...no atmosphere ?but they made a point to have a sexy store and the food favors are on point!I had Oxtails and a small side of all Jerk Chicken....It's a definite revisit for me on both dishes ???I do want heat on the Ox but other than that ???They get 3 Drips! ???

Ordered the BBQ Ribs and jerk pork and I was greatly disappointed. I don't know who the cook was today but it's a big NO. Service was excellent but I'm not going back. The food had no taste and that includes the rice. I ate it because I paid for it and I'm already in my house or I would surely bring it back.

On 1/16 I Ordered via DoorDash for delivery, but I called to ask a question. I must say, the woman who answered the phone around 6pm, and called me back was very pleasant and courteous. I ordered a medium Jerk chicken meal, which comes with rice & peas and cabbage; I also ordered an additional side of Mac and cheese. My total was $16.00 and I enjoyed every bit of it. I appreciate that the chicken held that jerk flavor, but was not overly spice or dry. If you like cheesy/creamy mac and cheese you may not care for their mac; I don't think it's like "omg I have to have it ", but it pairs well with the meal and I was full. I'll definitely order this meal again.

This place is not worth it at all.Customer service! This place is not the only Jamaican food stop in the community and nor is it the best. The people here are completely rude, I walked in as was starred at like I was unwanted. I waited to be asked if wanted to ordered and nothing. Literally I waited patiently since they are working and still nothing. Another customer walks in, and immediately they ask him for what he would like to order. I walked out. I think business owners forget the way that they stay in business is by way of the consumer. People do not need to spend money at your establishment just because you have an establishment. Just the service one and the attitude I received and glares is worth not ever coming here again. The lady here is so rude it's disgusting do not come here. At all and spend your money. There are way better spots and service in the area. Disgusting.

Walked in and the place was empty, there was one person standing waiting to pay for his order and us, the staff ignored us, we never were helped, we literally stood right in front by the food and no service, then shortly afterwards another gentleman walks in and is immediately serviced, we left . Poor customer service, rudeness on 100% . Business like this need to take a course because customer service can really make or break your business and seeing that a restaurant was empty on a Saturday night on a busy street makes sense now . Do better .
