JerkFish Jamaican Restaurant

It’s a waste of time for this business to even be on Grubhub or any place else. Every time I order they are out of something. I even tried pickup one time and guess what?! The order was not ready because they ran out. I’m not sure who manages this place but they need to do better. Placing a $40 order for them to wait until the driver arrives to call and say they’re out is ridiculous. It has happened over 8 times. Save yourself the trouble and order some place else.

I ordered online. 40 minutes after my food was scheduled to be delivered I get a call that the item I ordered was out of stock. I asked why no one called me when I ordered and they said that it was a very busy time for them. Apparently so busy that they were willing to take my money for food their restaurant was out of. I would not attempt to get food here again literally the worst service I have ever experienced from a restaurant.

Do not order from here. I just spent 40$+ on Uber eats to receive a large order of bones and oxtail gravy! I’m 6 months pregnant and refuse to go to this location and throw it in their face! Uber eats won’t refund the money and the location won’t pick up the phone!

The food was ok but the packaging sucks my food was all mixed up.. I also received cold food .. my desserts were smashed my family and I were highly disappointed in service .. im in to supporting black owned businesses but you guy dropped the ball this time .. me and my family and friends will no longer do business with your restaurant……

Jerk chicken was bussing. In the area I’m at - they have the best jerk chicken.

I ordered for the first time through Uber eats I was a little reluctant as I usually order from Flavas, But here they had Fried/Jerked Red Snapper, when I placed the order I immediately got a message stating “sold out” 10 minutes to update order, So I chose Jerked Salmon, Greeeat!!! Decision!!! YUMMY!!! Very very tasty! Mac and cheese on point! Sweet potatoes delicious!! Even the tea was delicious!! I had the best lunch ever! And some for later, Thank You!! Thumbs! Up! 5 ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

J*** chicken was bussing. In the area I’m at - they have the best j*** chicken.

Oxtail tasted just like mine and. Plenty gravy I'll be ordering over and over

The salmon was cooked perfectly and came in a sweet sauce and was glazed and seasoned just right. The j*** chicken was cooked to the correct temperature and all of the sides were scrumptious! Thank you so much! I will be ordering from here again! :)

I ordered the j*** fried whiting, Mac and Cheese and candied yams as sides (I had the Mac and cheese and yams before and it was good). The Mac and Cheese was trash this time around! The Kraft out the box tastes better! I can’t even describe the taste. Didn’t even taste like cheese! Instead of candied yams they gave me a bunch of white rice! What am i going to do with that without gravy?! They could of at least given rice and beans if they didn’t have the yams or better yet the yams should haven’t been on the menu if it wasn’t available! Take the fried whiting off the menu! This is the second time I ordered it and it was worse this time. The first time I ordered, it wasn’t seasoned. This time I ordered, it wasn’t seasoned and it was overcooked and dry with some hard pieces. I ordered the j*** whiting and there is nothing j*** about it! This meal was terrible! I ordered from Uber Eats and made a complaint and got a full refund. If I could give less than 1star I would!
