Although the pizza was good, it doesn't justify the price of it. I went and bought a regular medium pie, and after tax, it came out to $18. That's the price for a large pie at other locations. Until they fix the prices, I don't see myself coming back here.

I use to love this pizza shop,but ever since the original owner sold,the pizza is not the,And the Italian sausages and pepper heroes are horrible, they tried to pass some fake sausages as Italian,and it wasn't Italian,Ever since I do-not buy anything from them anymore.New owners are India,I don't care what race they are,but at least continue with the tradition of JERRY'S PIZZA,Real Italian food.

I ordered a large ? pizza pie for delivery. This was not my first pie but would be my last now. The order was taken promptly, and the pizza was also delivered quickly. The pizza was hot, and then the sad part was when i opened the box. The pizza was very dark and orange looking!. Also the bottom was not burnt but it was almost cracker like in texture and taste. The taste was very salty and it was quite oily. I know pizza as I've been eating pizza since I was a kid and tried well over hundreds,this one was trash. I called Jerry's, and the guy then called another fellow to the phone to answer my concerns. I simply said this pizza was old, very salty, and the bottom was hard but cracker light. He said he didn't know why? He said it was fresh, and he knew bc he made it. I said it was no way fresh and was disappointed because i had ordered from them before. His response: What do you want me to do?. Just send it back, and he hung up. No one came for the pizza. It's not about the money, but if im spending my money, i expect quality food. Not reheated several times or sitting around for hours. I added a few pics,but the pics may not show how dark and of course the taste is salty,oily and cracker like crust.

There's a guy that likes to nickel and dime me for everything and even then the cost ratio is completely off on extra requests. For instance, I asked for sauce on the side for the garlic knots and he charged me $1 for a 2oz side of sauce... Smh. I miss the previous owners. This place used to be my refuge growing up... But to be swindled out of something as a regular customer, was more enough reason to take my business elsewhere.

The pizza size is exaggerated. The medium size is way too large, it makes it unattractive .The dough doesn’t look fresh either. First time buying it and I am not at all impressed.You guys need to work on freshness and size.
I went on a Sunday. 2nd time. I ordered a hamburger well done. It was a lady that made it. The bread was fresh. Like just made fresh. The veggies were fresh. I'm so happy I went. That was a great burger. The place is clean and they don't serve pork, a plus for me. The cookies were just made and they were delicious. I had the chocolate chips and the red one had chocolate chip and white chocolate ?. I recommend. Im pretty picky about food. It's 5 stars for me with the burger. All the employees were all extremely nice.

I came into Jerry's today during my lunch break around 2pm and it will be my last time going. I've been going here for over 10 years. I typically buy a variety of slices or combination of pizza pies. Today I decided to get a medium chicken and tomato pie and two veggie slices. Once I stated my order, a woman behind the counter said something in Spanish to her male colleague and he asks me if I am aware of the price. I said yes and I sensed a brief moment of hesitation. They talked in front of me in Spanish which I assume was the man telling the woman, "She said she can pay for it". As I waited for my order, I kept processing what just happened. I have never been asked if I am aware of the prices before my order is worked on. And I didn't see anyone else that came into the shop be asked the same question. When it came time to pay, I debated if it was worth me saying being insulted is why I'm not leaving a tip and because I just wanted to bring pizza home to my family is why I didn't immediately walkout. However, that experience left a sour taste in my mouth. The pizza doesn't taste as good as it used to and the service has declined. There's too many options in the Bronx for me to settle for Jerry's. I won't be back.
