I called and normally it’s a women. Today a man answered and it sounded so unprofessional. I asked for white sugar and he did not make sure it was in the bag. I made sure to call so you can get all the money and if I would have done it in a app I would gotten my money back for not putting sugar in the bag like I asked. When the women answered I always got everything I asked for. The food is always excellent.

Very overpriced churros!! Tiny as fries! Not even fries! Call them churror toothpicks, $9.25 is absurd for such a small portion. Shouldn’t even call them churros at that point. They were wayyyy overcooked!

They always cook great and their service is nice and friendly.
The manager has poor communication skills and is very rude. Called last week and advised the lady who took my order about my sandwich being burnt and the bread was old or overcooked she said they will honor a new one when we re order and today he constantly placed me on hold and was rude throughout the whole process. If you want to make your customers happy you should not talk down to them especially as a repeated customer we will no longer order from here again. I order from them every Sunday never again. Lost my business. Stay away !!!!!!!

Service is friendly and quick. The food is very good and offer something unique to the neighborhood. Definitely recommend if in the East Tremont neighborhood. Smokey burger is my favorite item on the menu. Also the cajun fries are a 10/10
