So far, I've had a cheese burger & fries, & they were AMAZING. I really enjoyed it. The burger (for me) was cooked @ the perfect temp. I plan to make this place 1 of my top go-to places for lunch.

I pay good money at least 3 to 4 times I eat from Jumbo and the place always gives me bad French fries that was old. I call back to let them know that I know the difference between fresh cooked fries and fries that have been sitting under the hot light and he rather not cook fresh fries and give me the old ones like I wouldn't complain. I will not be spending my money anymore to that location. The guy was very rude when I called back. So I will go else where. That's how they get you on the delivery. My family and friends I recommend that establishment to them . I've told them not to use them anymore. This has happened 3 days in a row. So give my money to someone who appreciate good paying customer's.

I ordered from here and I do-not recommend. Bad customer service bad experience. I ordered two cheese fries with bacon and two cookies n cream milk shakes and he didn’t even tell me the price over the phone when the food got here I asked how much and the delivery man said $35.90 I called jimbos because that price was obsured and the man was rudely explaining to me the prices because when I looked at the menu and calculated it was not $35.90 he proceeded to tell me that he charged $5.25 each for the turkey bacon he added to the cheese fries. So if you wanna eat from overly expensive rude places, then this is your spot

If you’ve never had a Jimbo’s burger, u NEED to try them. Delicious! I’ve had breakfast & take out (my turkey burger with cooked onions & mushrooms) and was happily satisfied every time.

Had scrambled eggs with cheese, cheese grits, turkey sausage with toast. It was nostalgically good. Reminded me of the waffle houses of the south and there were very fulfilling portions. 4 stars because I needed to add quite a bit of salt to the grits, but I’d def eat here again when looking for a classic breakfast.

I have been going to this place since the late nineties. There are several in New York, primarily in Manhattan and The Bronx. There hamburger platter is always good, they have a vegetarian omelet with cheese grits and turkey sausage that is to die for. And their carrot cake will knock your head off. I have nothing bad to say about this place, If you're ever in The Bronx or Harlem at about 7 or 8 o'clock in the morning stop by???
I decided to go eat here even after seeing the low grading reviews and am highly upset with myself for that. I ordered a chicken sandwich deluxe with bacon and cheese. The amount of food that was placed in the container is a slap in the face. I called and show images to the manager he claims he would’ve never let the sandwich come out like that . For 15$ and not even a handful of fries chicken sandwich not even lined up with the size of bread they serve it’s ridiculous that even speaking to a manager nothing gets resolved. Beware stay away and waste your money else where.

These people are HIGHLY Expensive. An order of 2 chicken strips w/fries is now $12 . It’s definitely not worth it . They’ll tell you things are more expensive but that’s bs business owners take advantage of us when they triple the prices .it’s called greed in a few months it’ll be $15 then $20 if we’re willing to pay they’ll keep taking our money

My burger was delicious but the lettuce was wilted and the burger was undercooked. I was looking forward to this meal. It was actually delicious but it would have been better with fresh lettuce and tomatoes.
