Wow! This is likely the BEST meal that I've ordered for delivery in NYC. The quality was superb!
We ordered 3 meals and they were all hot, fresh, nice large portions, and very well packaged. We were given enough condiments to go with our meals, nice sturdy plastic utensils you could actually eat with, and enough napkins.
Now onto the meals themselves: The Dominican Breakfast- The tres golpes was hot, tasty, and the portions were generous. Everything tasted fresh and just like a typical DR breakfast.
Steak de Polomilla- this dish was also well-made. It came with a generous portion of steak and onions in a separate plate, and then a medium sized portion of white rice. It also came with a cup of tasty warm red beans to go with the rice, a side of hot chicken soup, and a warm dinner roll. The only thing we would suggest for improvement was that the steak needed a bit of salt as it was slightly bland, but overall the meal was excellent.
Waffle Deluxe Combo- the eggs were cooked over medium to order, were hot and paired well with the sausage, 4 pieces of bacon, and ham that it came with. The huge Belgian waffle was in its own to go plate and was also nice and warm and looked very fresh. The only thing is that it was a bit soft, but that is probably due to it being made fresh and then packed immediately in a container. Over all a great meal and we were very pleased.
The delivery came within the expected time frame and was a nice simple hand-off. Will be ordering agian!

The service was ok but the waitress are need to find a better standing place . Then rite n front of the tables when people are eating. N they just watching you eat the entire time

This place was packed on a Sunday afternoon! But, still got us in and seated almost immediately. Everyone enjoyed their food immensely, and my gf won't stop talking about the fried porkchops she had. They were seasoned to perfection and still tender! The portion was more than enough to share with the table. We have this on our hitlist anytime we are in the area!

Wheelchair accessibility: Entrance is very wide and the seating arrangement is very good. Easy access everywhere and very spacious. My Mexican burritos was very disappointing.

In terms of decor, space and setup this is probably one best in the bronx. Even though they have a wide variety of food options I think food is very average level. "DO NOT GET THE DOMINICAN BREAKFAST❗❗ that you see in the menu booklet, its a rip off it looks nothing like that when it comes out, very misleading and disappointing. The salmon crockets are not even salmon taste like tuna or they mix the salmon with something else it was awful too soft on the inside and lacked flavour❗also, the coconut coquito french toast was underwhelming. It didnt taste remotely close to what the menu describe. Everything else just tastes ok, nothing special.

Parking: The place has a parking lot next to the restaurant and when packed they have a second one two blocks away but you can also find parking on the street with and without meters

I'm actually quite disappointed. I asked for a medium steak (shell steak) it was over cooked, I could barely cut it and it wasn't even seasoned in the butter garlic sauce they claimed. The corn was poured directly out the can, not a drop of taste. It's a shame I remember Jimmy's in its glorious days. The waiter was kind enough to ask why I didn't eat my food and once I showed him he also agreed. He took it to the back, came back with my change, he apologized and I wasn't provided any remedy. I paid $40 for a potatoe and tea. N of course I tipped the waiter very nicely. Most of you would say I wouldn't pay, but I remain in honor at all times!
