I normally don’t order pasta from places I don’t know of. I decided to take a chance since their pasta special was a good price. I had to call to let them know exactly what kind of pasta I wanted to make sure it was correct and luckily they were gonna put the one I wanted. Unfortunately the chicken franchese came out horrible. It was way too thin and on top of that the flour part was coming apart, that just means that it wasn’t cooked with enough flour or not fried long enough. Thank god the pasta was tasty and perfectly seasoned! I also had asked for bread on the side and it came with butter on it and toasted! So yummmyyy!

So I only give 5 star reviews to places I know for a fact that I'll frequent over and over "just because". This is one of those spots. 1st: Service. Service is the first thing that I noticed about this place. It was inviting. The diner is a Mom and Pop place, so the proprietors are the ones that serve you. They have a smile on their faces for customers, even during a heatwave while in a hot kitchen. It means that I've gone out of my way to frequent them. 2nd: The food. Salmon meal with veggies. Buffalo wings. Burgers with a fried egg and bacon. Breakfasts with omelets and the occasion steak and eggs. Smoothies. I've enjoyed a lot of food from here over the last three years, and I've yet to be disappointed whether I pick up the meal or call to have them deliver. 3rd: The storefront itself is just that. Not a lot of fanfare, but that's not the prime two reasons this is one of my favorite places around my block. I do enjoy the occasion 80s classic rock radio sessions when I come in though.

I bought the 2 slice of pizza and a drink for $5 wish was ok because I had my two granddaughters with me we had just gotten out of the pool close buy and we were going home one block away from JOHNNY'S PIZZA,and only one eats pizza and drinks soda,I also had there cousin with us she doesn't like pizza either or soda,they wanted nuggets that I make in my house, I paid with my debit card after that one girl wanted water I didn't want to use my debit card again for one bottle of water,so I said I'll go next store buy it with the EBT card that there mom gave me for them,a man that was the only person eating there buys a water bottle and walks to our table and hands me the water bottle I'm like no thanks he looks at one of the girls and she saids no with her head,why would he do that it's a good gesture but I ain't broke ,I just didn't feel like buying water and buy the way I had water in my bag and my granddaughter was drinking it, it's not that I didn't appreciate it it's that we didn't need for him to do that,I'm planning on going to Hawaii next month if he reviews this place and sees this comment hit me up so you can be my companion and I'll pay for your food,I'm a mom,aunt and a grandma and a very strong woman not in need of nothing.?
