I was in the Bronx with my mother for a funeral. We were early so we decided to get some coffee. On Westchester Ave, we were expecting only a Dunkin Donuts but I was in the mood for a diner. I didn't think I'd find one but lo and behold, I looked up and there was a diner sign across the street from the Dunkin Donuts. We walked inside and it turned out to be a 50s style diner with chrome and mirrors everywhere and pictures of James Dean and Marilyn Monroe. Omg it was exactly what I wanted. Mom ordered a Western omelet and coffee and I got a buttered bagel and coffee. It was delicious. And it only came to about $12.00. The service and the atmosphere were great. If I'm ever in the area again, I would go back.

Clean tables, counters, and restrooms. Attentive and polite staff. And good food! According to the menu the prices are for cash transactions. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and my companion ordered a grilled chicken wrap. With beverages, tax, and tip the cost was $35. There’s no street parking but we found a spot around the corner. I would definitely go there again. With cash.

my wife and I come here at least twice a month for the breakfast special. it is a cozy place not fancy but not not too laid back. it offers a true small diner experience. the food is good. the service is fast. the portions are nice. the prices are reasonable. the owner is very friendly you can tell he takes a lot of pride in his food service and location. this diner serves a diverse cultural community and provides a much needed service to the community. the staff goes out of there way to help you have a great experience. the diner is on a Westchester ave, in the Bronx New York, which means it doesn't have a parking structure, nyc parking regulations apply( metered parking 7am to pm except sunday).i will tell you.....FEED THAT METER.the nyc traffic agents are psychic. they can sense when your meter has run out. if your in the area between 8am and 11am and are looking for a good breakfast. stop in and enjoy.

Very friendly, I recommend going into the location if you can and sitting in the back / outside section it is very beautiful and comfortable.
