I was so looking forward to these bagels since the brand I ordered a few months ago was very disappointing. They arrived today and these are even worse. Only a few of the cinnamon ones are burned, but almost all of the raspberry ones are burned. Because of that they taste terrible and the texture is all wrong. They are not light and chewy, they are tough and burned tasting. They look nothing like the ones presented on QVC. Also, they are misshapen-- I could live with that, but not them being burned. I go to NYC every year and have eaten bagels all over Manhattan-- everything from $1 ones from a street cart to $3 ones from a shop. I have never had anything like these--no shop in the city would allow these to be served to customers. Plus, there is no raspberry visible or that I can taste in the raspberry ones. Sending them back isn't worth the hassle and the expense. We will cut off the bottoms and eat what we can, but I will never buy these again. Definitely DO NOT RECOMMEND

Twice I have ordered these through QVC, as recently as last week. They were supposed to have arrived yesterday however, again UPS says they are awaiting for the package from the vendor for shipment. I canceled my order as I dont want 5 day old bagels. Sadly I will not be ordering again. There seems to be a breakdown in the shipping chain. Customer service at QVC told me this has been a problem over the past several times they have been on air.

Got these shipped to us and followed all of the directions (freezing right away, thaw for 30 mins, etc.) — taste like Thomas bagels and nothing special in my opinion.

We order these bagels from Georgia. Shipped quickly and still fresh! Can't go wrong with a fine bagel!
The pick up is on the street. No dock doors. The street is super crowded with cars. Good luck. Make sure you come on time for your appointment because there usually no place to place and wait. Make you come down the street the right way.

My dad Robert R. ordered bagels twice already in the last month. THESE BAGELS ARE DELICIOUS. He has people from Texas ordering them along with his coworkers in Jacksonville, FL. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THESE BAGELS. They are great and are so fresh even being delivered all the way to Florida! You will see many more orders from us.
